This place needs to be shut down. They can't even do simple task properly. Paid for large meal fries came with enough for a medium the fries were cold on top of that. Paid for a large drink, they gave me a medium .Food: 1/5
by far the worst wendy's experience ever. i will never go back and the staff that was working on sunday 4.16 between 2pm and 2.30 i would fire them all. i hope they check their cameras and see what the staff is doing. the manager was the worst of them all go figure !!! look at my asiago chicken sandwich are you kidding me????? this cant be the recipe ???? discussed
My food was hot and tasty. Great baked potato as it should have been since I had to wait for it to finish cooking. The only problem with service was I was not told I'd be waiting over 5 mins because of the potato not being ready. I ordered on the app so when I was told to pull forward and food would be brought out to me I asked if they had baked potato. Was told yes but not told they were not ready yet. It would have been better to know that is why I was waiting.
Never again, I found that plastic thing in my salad, the fries are cold, employees with bad attitude, serving foods without gloves.. . Long wait time. Please don’t go there. I will definitely report them to the department of health. They need to be shut down.
Made a mobile order, went through drive thru which was a 5 minute long wait because it was the option I chose on the app to pick up my food, just to be told I had to come inside. Waited at least 5 minutes behind one other customer and then waited another 5-10 mins until the food was actually ready. All I ordered was a Dave's single and a frosty. Super slow service and not a clean restaurant. Better off driving to the Wendy's on Hallandale Beach Blvd and 95 if you can, it would be quicker
The person at the drive thru window was having a phone conversation with her friend while waiting for my order. To me having airpods in ur ear while working is very unprofessional. If ur working u should be focused on ur job. Furthermore there was a guy working there n his pants were sagging below his behind. That is totally classless n unprofessional.
BEWARE DON'T EAT HERE!!!!!The worst wendy's i've ever been to pembroke rd. No one to take orders or make my food i had to yell to the back to get someone to the register and the manager walk up with attitude as if i was a bother. I would fire the whole staff that was there on. Sunday 4.16 between 2pm and 2.30 and the mgr was the worst ever. I will never go back period my chx sandwhich was the worst sandwich ever and i demanded my money back. here is the pic the pic disgusting. Why do these people not care about their job. I didn't ask u to serve for wendy's why ruin my experience??? Zero stars should be an option totally disgusted by this restaurant
One sandwich was supposed to be plain but had bacon on it brother doesn't eat pork but dog loved it. No crackers for the chilli. Ordered thru drive-thru but after ordering, the person @ window signaled for us not to come to window for a few minutes...their way of not letting true time of pick-up show to management. Some were burnt.
The worst and slowest fast food place. Been waiting for my food for 20 minutes. The other customers waiting received their orders and then the worker decided to ask me what I ordered. So do they not follow the order of their tickets? And because of their lack of order now I have to wait even longer? This is the third time. No way will I ever eat at this place again.
This restaurant is really big lots of space but the store was so dirty it was 10:45am bathroom was clean tables ALL THE TABLES were nasty the was soda station was nasty soda machine had mold buildup only a few selection of flavors available but customer service was great the saddest part was look like a corporate meeting was happening in the back which made this even more sad
