I have always liked Wendy's. Several months ago I went to this one. I pulled up to the speaker to order and saw a sign that it might take an hour to get my order due to a staffing shortage. OK I know that Covid had caused a lot of places to be short of help. There were no cars in the parking lot. There was one car at the window and nothing between it and me, so I thought I could probably get some food in a fairly timely manner. The young lady came on the speaker and said it would be 30 minutes before she could take my order. I guess their sign meant they could only do two orders an hour. I just said forget it. A couple of weeks ago I was out doing errands and thought I would give it another try. I got a Frosty and fries. They were perfect. The fries were like Wendy's used to serve, Brown crispy and perfectly salted. Last night my nephew was going to get us some food and I suggested Wendy's. He went and got us burgers, fries, and Frostys'. The Frostys' were great. The burgers were good. A little heavy on the mustard on mine but not bad. The fries were inedible. I had trouble even telling they were fries. It appeared that frozen fries had been dumped into slightly warm oil and left to sit. Then taken out in a big clump and very liberally salted, shoved into that little sleeve and packed down. I could not pull one fry out of the mess. I had to pick the sleeve up, squeeze it and pull on all of the fries to get them out. They looked like a glob of mashed potatoes, that had a few ends of fries shoved into it. My nephews was just the same. I won't be back this time. Third time is the charm. What really disgusts me is this is a business I should be patronizing. I have a family member who is a Wendy's manager. Not this one thank God! So long Yukon Wendy's I am gone.
The dining room is exceptionally clean at this Wendy's.There is a lady that cleans the tables constantly and keeps the dining room immaculate The service wasn't super. The servers behind the counter were arguing. And snipping at each other.
It's so flipping hot in this reastraunt no wonder no one comes in side last time for us the workers are kind but the atmosphere is horrible it is so hot outside and inside it's the temperature is horrible. My kids are Sweating trying to eat ! Won't be back here EVER!!!!Food: 5/5
I always have a good experience here but have never done a review. Today Aareyon was great! Very friendly and kept a smile on her face. I’ll be back
wish they would actually give me a burger with no cheese when I order it that way. I'm not one of those that holds up the whole line just to check. I just always hope our verbal interactions match what I physically get. If at first you don't succeed...try, try again...which is probably what I'll have to do when I try to poop because I'll be constipated!! TMI ? I don't care....it's a real thing.
Today my wife took my son to Wendy's On Garth brooks Blvd in Yukon, OK. Came home and my son starting eating his salad and felt something strange in his mouth pulled out a hair with this attached booger on it. My son gave it to my wife and we put it in this Ziplock plastic bag to preserve the DNA. I called the Health Department here in Canadian County and the Health Inspector is now on the scene doing an investigation. I have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office after discovering through a Yukon Police officer that pulled over my wife after the incident Because she was speeding and was very upset and after she explained what had just took place the officer told her this restaurant has a long history of complaints and cant understand why its still in business... Unbelievable, we just moved here from Tennessee Stay away from this Wendy's nothing but low life's obviously running this place!!
The girl at the drive thru kept rushing me “is dat it” on every order I attempted to make, but would not let me speak, I have never come across anyone so rude, and pushy, so I decided this wasn’t going to work and drove to McDonald’s to pickup breakfast for a party of 10.Food: 1/5
This happened a while back, but I went to this location. I was asked to pull forward, a team member handed me two bags said "oh these aren't yours", took them back and gave them to another car. I then sat there for 30 minutes and no one came back out to hand me my food . I then tapped on the door the employees come out of and said "is my order ready?" The staff was friendly and said OMG I'm so sorry can I get you a drink or something while you wait I accepted and said "thank you". The staff member invited me in. I was standing there the manager came out and says "our lobby is closed!" I attempted to explain what happened, and the manager picked up the phone and said,"I'm calling the police you are trespassing!" I left and never got my food. I used to go to this location roughly 4-5 days a week. I have not been back since.
Ordered the chili which is always good. Wendy's chili is my go-to if not making it at home. The Yukon location has undergone employee changes in the past few months and the employees were friendly and professional. The areas of the kitchen visible from the drive through window were clean and tidy. The outside and parking lot were clean and free of debri. Parking: Parking is available on both sides of the building.
Always closing early more than 30 minutes, And Always have to check your order something is always missing.Food: 4/5
