Food was hot and seemed pretty fresh. Also, it seems as if the burger was seasoned which was awesome! The spicy nuggets absolutely had spice to them and the frosty definitely hit the spot in the end. Would recommend.Food: 5/5
This was by far one of the worst experiences we've had at a fast food restaurant. The food was horrible the burgers were not warm enough to even remotely melt the cheese on either sandwich. The garlic fry's were just fry's covered in bad butterpossibly not even butter. We did not get one of the fry's that was ordered and there was not a piece of ice to be found in the sodas if our burgers could have only been as warm as the soda! Oh yeah the sodas were supposed be larges but they were awfully small but that was ok considering how horrible they were. The only redeeming part of this was the gentleman that help up Jonathan was pleasant. Parking: The parking lot was clean they could have used some salt on the ice
I went into this Wendy's today. My visit was at 8/13/2023 at 12:46pm at store #00013422 in Kirksville Missouri. The store was clean and the staff was great. They operated like a well oiled machine. This was a true team and in the middle of there rush I ordered a #1 Triple with large fries and large drink. The food was the best I have had from a Wendy's in almost 20 years. This team was on top of there game for sure. I had my food before I even finished filling my drink. I would say maybe a minute or less. Then I sat down and the fries was fresh and hot. Giving the rush it should be. Now the burger. That burger was not dry or to greasy. That sandwich would of made Wendy her happy. Not to much mayo, ketchup, or mustard. Everything about that burger was on point. A true Wendy's standard from the good old days. To the whole team. Thank you for a very shocking but happy visit. I trained many restaurant managers and teams in my life but this team is top notch. A true Aces in there places. Not sure if this place in corporate or franchise. For sure couldn't tell. Just know that they should be a training store for sure. So anyone that read this far please stop in and let this team feed you. To the team keep up the good work. To the management you have a star staff. To the owner or Wendy's company you need to treat this staff. They are a team and store to watch. Stay blessed and stay safe everyone.
Appreciated the service greatly. Traveling through town later in evening. They let us in at 9:58 pm when lobby closed at 10. Fixed my family a fresh meal and let us sit in the lobby to eat, still smiled, and was friendly!! In a time when many would have closed the door on us, we appreciated the kindness!Food: 5/5
I just purchase 2 undercooked Carl's cheeseburgers. I'm not happy about it!
This Wendy's has issues. The employees at night don't have the professional work ethics that should be included in your drive up visit to a Wendy's restaurant. I have a different experience when visiting during the day so there's work to be done.Food: 3/5
Good did but don't come here if You're in a hurry, it doesn't matter. If there's only one person in the drive-thru in front of you, it will always take at least 10 minutes to get through

I wanted a classic blt but couldn't find one on the menu, I ordered the crispy chicken BLT with no chicken cheese or mayo, instead of charging me for a 4-5$ sandwich they rang up each ingredient individually and it was only 1.95! And it was probably the best BLT I've ever had! Crispy bacon, not rubbery like you see at McDonald's.
We went about a little after noon and we figured it would be busy but waiting 30+ minutes for food that was nasty wasn't worth it. Plus the floors were sticky, tables were filthy and while the manager was great and doing what he could the cashier wouldn't even let me scan my Wendy's account to use a coupon. On top of that a lady 3 or 4 people before us ordered two small frostys. We ordered one with our meal and got ours while the worker told her it would be five more minutes after we got ours. Wil not be coming here again
