Went to Wendy's to get take out chili and experienced great fast service. A very friendly and professional young man named Felix was working the drive-thru window. Nice to know Wendy's Evergreen can get such good quality employees!Food: 4/5
Just ordered a number 1 at the drive through. Received a stone cold burger! When I asked why it was cold, I was told the wrappers were separate from the burgers! While sitting there, I unwrapped the burger and touched the meat patty. It was stone cold! They said sorry and that they could make me a new one. I asked to see the manager, as I wanted him to know about his crew serving me a refrigerated burger. He did not come to speak with me, which makes me believe he supports the practice. From this experience I can only surmise that this Wendy’s is going under. I find it interesting that last week my mom was served two frozen tacos from the Evergreen Taco Bell. What is happening in Evergreen at the fast food joints? It’s more like Fast Frozen Food Joints!

Apparently somebody took our curbside order and nobody the restaurant would assist. Ordered and paid via the Wendy's app, went through the drive-through for Wendy's app instructions, drive-thru advised us to wait in the mobile spot. Waited half an hour went inside and was advised that somebody already picked up our food and there was nothing they could do and we needed to contact Uber??? They would not remake our order or refund.
The daytime crew at this Wendy’s, are complete douche bags. They have a bunch of employees in there, but they won’t open the dining room. When you go through the drive-through, they won’t help you. I needed help with an app because it wasn’t working, and the manager just looked at me and told me he wouldn’t help me. When this one goes out of business, it will be well earned.
This place is my favorite Wendy's! It's small town - they don't have any of the robotic order taking systems and the staff turns over quite frequently - but it's very consistently good. there's just a general happy vibe in this place - it seems like it might be under new management recently or they recently hired some upper management that have improved the quality standards here. I can tell that because of the surly teenagers who look like they're being micromanaged. Hang in there first timers! this experience confirmed the basis for an excellent chapter in your memoir in the future when we don't have physical books anymore!
One of the better Wendy’s we’ve visited in the last few years. The service was very friendly and the food was all better than average, especially for a Wendy’s.Food: 4/5
Awesome to have service like that. This Wendy's gets a five star for sure. Food was piping hot and good.
