I was surprised food and service was amazing! Food came out super fast and it was hot and fresh! Clean environment bathroom was clean! Most definitely coming back!Food: 5/5
The order taker, greeted me and Was very nice. The restaurant was full of guests but it was quiet and clean. Once a guest leave an employee comes out and clean and wipe down their table. I really like, the seriousness of cleanliness. The drink station was clean. My food was assembly neatly. Also my food was hot and good! No oily paper-wrap. The ladies restroom was clean also.
Rude lady on drive thru intercom on June 8 2023 at around 7:35pm. Very disrespectful and not taking her job serious. Management should revisit the seriousness of her work ethic. Did not buy and will never buy from here.Service: 1/5
This Wendy's, knock on wood, is always consistent with quality and service, my daughter likes sitting by the "fireplace".. which is super dope year round. Plus it's the best french fries around, so, yeah Food: 5/5
Standard Wendy's, reliably good fast food. Two stars removed because EVERY time I tell them I am done ordering, they ask if I want a cookie. NO, I DO NOT WANT THE @#$%^& COOKIE!
They are quick, even for having long lines. I had an excellent service and decent food. If you're craving for a burger this is probably the best branch that serves it. You can't go wrong with burgers, chicken sandwich, fries, or salads. Good job, keep up the good work! This brings back great childhood memories. Manager was very nice and service was good atmosphere was good, look like the employees are trained good and happy in their place. Price is standard and it is affordable. Some other restaurants could really learn a thing or two from these folks. I'm definitely returning to this location from now on!
Ordered food Friday through the app. The woman at the window was extremely rude. Told her I was picking up an order, she said she couldn't find it. I let her know I have the receipt showing I paid for it. She tells me "I don't see it". No, pull up to the window and let me help you, no type of customer service. So I paid for food that I never received. I reached out to Wendy's customer service, letting them know what happened. I get an email from the District manager, Guadalupe, saying she's sorry for what happened, what can we do to make this right. Great. I responded literally a minute later. That was on Saturday. Have yet to hear from her again, even after following up with her on Monday. Horrible customer service from everyone involved.
Park the vehicle at the front of window! And they asked me to go back to the car and do circle and order only from car!!!!! And it was very rude! Exactly manager!!!Service: 1/5
Busy spot for lunch. Great customer service. Speedy service with quality food. This location is updated. The restaurant is kept clean.
Wendy’s is the best for chili he’s great he bacon whopper Junior is the licious I love it
