Taco salad very watery and had no taste,very bland! They were also out of salsa which they didn't tell me until after they had already made my order. I would have ordered something else if I had been told this ahead of time!Food: 1/5
I don’t know what has happened to this place but in the last few months it has gone completely downhill, there’s absolutely no one in line and maybe two cars in the parking lot and they’re making you wait 10 min just to take your order and then another 10 just to get your food, it would be understandable if they were busy but they’re not, maybe the crackhead looking employees are shooting up in the back instead of doing their job

Great store, basically is always clean, well taken care of. Great service, even through rushes. They do their best, to keep it going smooth. Staff are friendly and very willing to do what they need done or to help. Recommend all the way. Vegetarian options: Salads, with or without meat Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meals, and a great size for them as well. Parking: Lots of spots, open and never an issue finding a spot. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully and completely wheelchair and handicapped accessible. Regardless of what your needs may or may not be.
They seriously can not get orders correct there. Over the past three months, I have yet to have a perfect order. I’ve given up asking for ‘no lettuce’ or additions. Their basic sandwiches are always wrong. Baconator? Expect the small burger Patties or just one large patty with bacon crumbles on top. Chicken sandwich? Expect the cheapest bun. God, they suck at their fountains.
I was going to go through the drive through when an employee was urinating out the back door into the bushes. Clearly had on a headset and Wendy’s apparel. This just happened two minutes ago at 3:55 on Wednesday August 2nd. Hopefully management can check cameras and terminate this employee. Probably didn’t wash his hands and returned to cook or work. Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again.
Wendy's food it just that and the food is not terrible but somewhere they have lost the customer service side of a restaurant. The front counter was cussing loudly about her day or life in front of children that were waiting to order, no care at all about actually doing her job! What is even worse is there was a manager I belive due to the different uniform that was also involved with the cussing and conversation with no care who was standing there waiting. The patrons of the restaurant are what pays the bills and the checks at some point you would think that they should care about providing customer service and stop treating guest like garbage. Train properly, hold all employees including management to a higher level and stop accepting behaviors that inappropriate especially around children! Folks there is a choice where to go and if you continue to treat guests poorly the choices get more limited and your business will suffer. Hope you have a wonderful day!
Yet another chain restaurant. Good burgers and good fries when they are 2 minutes from the fryer. After thatb2 minutes we have Styrofoam. Kid-friendliness: Biggie bag is a kid go to

5/19/2023- I go through the drive thru, order my food and have to wait 10 minutes at the window for them to complete my order. After 10 min they give me the bag with my orders in it, I check the bag to make sure it includes what I believe to be the things I ordered. The amount and sizes seemed right so off I went to drive 30 minutes home to relax and eat. Upon opening the bag of food i ordered I was extremely irritated. I had ordered a Triple Bacanotor no tomoato and a Dave's single no cheese or lettuce. I got a double cheeseburger that was cold. Not lukewarm, but cooked and refrigerator cool. The Dave's single had cheese and lettuce but nothing else. Not what I ordered and most certainly not what I paid $$ for. Not wanting to drive 30 minutes each way to get my actual order, I called to let them know they screwed me out of money and edible food. Dismissed. Won't go back. I should have stopped at A&W.
