This store is a disaster.. The kids working just run over the manager and to nothing behind the counter.. We stood there while the manager told the girl to ringme up 3 times and she did nothing. We ended up placing a mobile order while standing at the counter 566301520. Still took 15 min to get our order.. As you can guess food was cold.. 1 star!
Wasn't even able to order food. I walked in whe. Someone was walking out and was yelled at a out it being closed. Went to the restroom and it was gross. Apparebtly doors to the dining room were closed at 7 when the posted hours said 10 and the drive through didn't move.Food: 2/5
When has great family deals. Good burgers. You can save on the combos. The chili is delicious .Food: 5/5
Arrived people leaving, as we grab the door to enter its locked now mind you its 123pm on a sunday. Walk to the other door locked. Walk back to first door a customer opens the door to allow us in. Door locks again, let more people in cashier ask me to stop letting customers in as they are getting ready to close the dining room. Why not put a sign up? Ordered breakfast biscuits and were dried out and hard. Were like they were not made at order. Like they sat out all day and were not hot. Potatoes were hot.Food: 3/5
The store is a disaster. Staff are rude and unfriendly. the store is a mess. very dirty. worst resto in dillon.
Ordered 40 dollars worth of nuggets, fries, burgers and salads and chili. Paid extra for sauces. Didn't receive any sauce, any sour cream or cheese for chili, no ketchup and no salad dressings. Waited another 20 mins and had to wait bc they never gave me a receipt
There was one choir in front of me at the drive-through and another car at the speaker we waited in line about 7 minutes and the car was still with the speaker we pulled around to go into the restaurant I found the doors locked. When we left the car was still placing the order or whatever at the speaker
if I could rate the servers at the windows separately, they would get 5s. They were all professional considering the situation. We arrived there at approximately 11:30 pm and waited 20 minutes to put in our order and then another 30 for our food. I counted 6 cars in front of us when we pulled up, and estimate another 4 that had already ordered. The burgers were cold and the fries were soggy. Hubby's bacon burger had 1 slice of bacon and the lettuce on both burgers were wilted. really dislike giving reviews like this. I should have heeded the previous reviews. I recommend skipping this exit altogether if traveling 95.
Ten minutes sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order from the drive thru box at 7pm on a Saturday. Eventually, they started taking orders once they saw the line backed halfway around the building.
