I have not been to this Wendy's in 2 years. Today tho I decided to give them another chance. And the employees are super friendly and good in that aspect. But I was shorted a patty and mustard was added to my sandwich that does not come with that sandwich and I didn't ask for it. I live 15 minutes away and had to resort to McDonald's to get finished with dinner. I will change my review if I am compensated for my 18 dollar dinner that I threw away. I always believe in second chances but I am not thrilled that my orders from here have never been spot on. Work on your quality control. I would gladly wait an extra 10 minutes for my food if it was correct. People are more likely to leave a bad review if they get there orders incorrect, than if they had a extra long wait time but there food was perfect. Quit putting a time limit on your cooks orders there rushing to much and getting confused. Owners 1st response is probably "well if I let the cooks take there time I wouldn't make as much money" so what get over it be a decent human and live a respectful life.
The lobby and behind the counter is absolutely disgusting with trash, food, and soda EVERYWHERE! Just seeing all of the mess on the floor and on their counters makes me not wanna eat their food. And I went to the drive-thru before walking in and nobody would answer at the speaker. They need to clean up big timeAtmosphere: 1/5
I came into this location and I was greeted and thanked for stopping by. The employees treated me as if I was family. My food was clearly made with care. This is the only place that I experienced my food resembling the pictures in the commercials at any fast food establishment. I will literally choose this place over some actual some local non fast food restaurants. This time I decided to let everyone hear and see. This is a chicken sandwich that comes with the 5 dollar biggie bag. Fantastic speed of service and friendly too. Thank you sincerely. Dietary restrictions: This franchise has fresh options which makes for responsible eating choices on top of displaying calories on every item making it easy to choose. Parking: Quite a few parking spaces as there is two parking lots. That speaks for it’s self. Kid-friendliness: They have nice employees and the place is visibly clean which makes for a kid friendly environment. Wheelchair accessibility: There was clear multiple parking options for handicapped. The seating inside is spacious so ease of sitting and maneuvering is apparent. They are also kind, knowledgeable and patient.
Missing items. 1 frosty, 4 spoons, 1 straw, 2 sweet and sour sauces. This place is a complete wreck. The order was a number 3. 4 small frostys. The nuggets were stale. Been in a warmer way to long
This location has amazing staff. The folks who work here have great attitudes and care about their customers. It's always worth driving a little farther to get the great service they provide!
The service at this location really sucks. I understand trying to give everybody a job and also trying to fill the positions that are open but if people cannot keep up and then they lose your order inside like how is that even possible not impressed do not recommend coming here during lunchtime. You’ll waste your whole lunch half hour reading.
Got order in fast. Staff was kind. Lounge and bathroom areas were clean which is always a good sign. And the 5 for 5 is a cool deal. Fast and cheap for a quick meal.
Speaker broken for drive through. Wrong order 100 percent with whole order. They can't hear you, you can't understand them. They threw food in a bag and called it good. Don't use this Wendy's until they get their act together. This is the Wendy's near Frandor.Food: 1/5
I ordered Wendy’s from Grubhub. The bag was still sealed so I know it was a restaurant employee and not the driver. The food I ordered was half eaten, including my packaged half eaten burger!!! Additionally, when I called Wendy’s to let them know this, I asked for the manager and the person said she was the manager. So I told her what happened and then she immediately hung up on me!
Ordered door dash. The entire order was wrong but yet had our receipt with the correct items taped to it. Plus the bags weren't actually sealed and everything was cold. I don't blame the driver, this was entirely on wendys.Food: 1/5
