We had the new ghost pepper chicken sandwiches. The chicken and the sauce was good, however the buns were very stale...I did not eat the bun. The fries were very good, crisp and perfectly salted! I will say that this is the best Wendy's in this area, therefore we will be going to this location again.Food: 3/5
Before placing my order, I tried to use the restroom. The restrooms can be entered without entering the restaurant, which is begging for people to use this facility to use drugs. I waited for over 5 min outside the locked door before hearing vomiting, so I decided I didn't need to go that bad. I was told four times over 10 mins of waiting that they were in the middle of a shift change, and someone would take my order shortly. Each person who told me that proceeded to stand there and stare at me as I waited. Finally someone who I assume was Keith the host came out with a cash drawer, did not acknowledge or make eye contact with me, and left. While waiting the person behind me got fed up and decided to go to McDonald's, and must have swore on the way out the door, prompting a elderly woman who held the door for him to tell him to watch his mouth. This person told the poor old woman that "It's a free country and I can do whatever the F I want" and flipped her off. After all this mess one of the workers who told me they were in the middle of a shift change and proceeded to watch me wait took my order only for me to pay $17.42 for two small 10 piece chicken meals. Awful experience, I will avoid this area altogether from now on.
Service here is awesome. Been using this place for over Decade . Trust no one more. The employees here r top trained, and polite and courteous. Recommend it highly. Only wish I could give it more than 5 stars. East access too it from Interstate 64. My recent visit i worked with Dave and Daniel. Excellent people.

Won’t give you diet soda and will slap so much sauce on your sandwich it becomes inedible. Not great Dietary restrictions: Will not accommodate those with diabetes and need for low sugar items
This is a newer store however a bit small inside compared to some other I've been in but they do very well to accommodate lunch hour traffic and after work traffic.I have had a few meals not made to order but with a call to the store they usually fix the issue in some way. The drive thru does stay quite busy especially around Noon & 5 pm. They have a new garlic french fries that's really good but I've yet to seem them advertised on TV or in the store. You'll have to read the menu to find them. Parking: The parking lot is not very big at all and a pain if you drive anything large but I have never had an issue of not being able to find a spot.

IF HSMBURGERS TO YOUR CHOUCE TONIGHT, WENDY'S IS YOUR BEST BET, THEIR BURGERS TO ME ARE BETTER THAN TO HE COMPLETIO N, DO ENJOY YOUR DINNER..
