Wow. Just, wow. This was the worst Wendy’s meal I had ever. Spicy chicken sandwich? Very dry, very bland. Not spicy at all. Tasted old. Cheesy chili baked potato is so mushy, it was more watery than runny mashed potatoes. I’m afraid eating more bites will give me diarrhea Don’t serve food that has been in the warmer all day!!!! We would much rather wait a few minutes to get good food!! I’m seriously afraid what I ate might make me sick.
Spent 45 min waiting for 2 baked potatoes, dirty looks,ignoring ppl, dirty floors,no chocolate chip cookies ever. Did not get the sandwiches right ,,dirty looks many times. Manager offered nothing to rectify all the stress I will never go back thereFood: 1/5
When a fast food drive through can't even get french fries, right... Well I'm done. My french fries were only lukewarm and old ones were mixed in with the semi-fresh one's. The service was extremely slow in the drive-thru but the person at the window was very pleasant.Food: 1/5
I hate drive thrus. No matter how slow you speak, how loud you speak, how well you enunciate, they always get your order wrong. I even told the girl at the pay window my order was wrong. She kept my card for about 5 minutes it was clear she wasn't fixing my order. It's just always a bad experience here.Food: 3/5
Customer service is terrible, the wait in the drive through is 30 mins minimum every trip.
My baked potato was soooooo delicious. It was fresh and very tasty. I'd forgotten how good they were.
Service was very slow! Went through the drive thru and the speaker was horrible!! They wouldn't take my coupon that was on their Wendy's app. They basically said "oh well"... use it next time!! THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME!!!Food: 3/5

They are always empty on sugar free drinks. Nice place to take family. Friendly employees.
Rude from the start the girl that took the order in the drive thru, MAKAI was unbelievably rude and after taking my order she belched in the micphone. The young lady in the 1st window where provided excellent customer service, but picking up from the second window, the rudeness continued from MAKAI. I'm never coming to store #3201 ever.
