I first off want to say that this is location is one of the busiest location in this area and because of that I understand if the foods are given in a delayed time, but sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes or more. From what I’ve seen, there are some customers that literally buys 4 or more meals combos, and those entire meals completely drains the food station, and you need to wait longer for your food because they need to cook them. I also seen that people likes to go through drive through more than in person, and I have went to order in person during busy hours, and I can see the bags of food just sitting there, tons of them, most of the time, while they make the burgers ready, so it’s probably the reason why the fries and nuggets are cold. It seems like the work area is also short staffed as well hence the reason why it’s so slow paced. I think the the reason why people gets their food wrong is because of the busy hours and how much meals the people buy, but the staffs should at least ask what food you got before passing the food. It has happened to me before, and I had to come back stating they got my food wrong. But nevertheless, if you want to go to a fast food restaurant, don’t go to them when during the rush hours because then you’ll have to wait for a while for your food. The food is good, but their service is ok. It needs work, but they looked to be short staffed. They bag food and leave them until the burgers done which makes food less hot, but they’re still warm unless you want them freshly cooked and hot, which doesn’t hurt to ask, and they’ll do it. Overall, I would just go to another place to get food during the rush hours, but slow hours, I would come by. Their food is great especially their spicy chicken sandwich.
I really love a good old fashion Wendy's hamburg and fries. The food taste like Wendy's should and the staff at this location acts like they give a darn. Everything think in my picture is from Wendy's, however I add a plate, bowl and a yeti.. Loves better out of the paper and plastic.
this is a decent wendys most of the time. if you read the bad reviews its people getting worked up over a missing sandwich and waiting int he drive through too long. this is dale city and y’all are complaining about wait times at rush hour.. my experience has always been positive no matter the time of the day. if you go in the morning the food is fresher and there is no wait.. just like every other FAST FOOD place
The food was very good and the drive-thru moved quickly, but the window crew forgot our Frostie, so we had to circle back and go in to get it. No big deal, though - only cost us an additional three minutes and the staff immediately took care of it.Food: 4/5
Consistently one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Gave it one last shot today and received the wrong order and was handed a broken cup that spilled all over my self and my car. Staff seems to have no clue as to what's going on almost every time I've been. Consistently poor service and wrong food. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
Well didn't expect a dime in my salad. But the manager give my a sandwich. But I didn't ask for it. I just wanted them to know to be care of how they Prepared. There food to be careful!!Food: 1/5
Absolute very disappointed tonight.. got all order mess up, manager and order touching money and not wearing gloves.. awful service and food! Please don’t waste your money here. They even screwing up drive threw that there so worried about.. Parking: Barely anyone in the parking lot and still waited over 30 minutes for food
Drive through line is always really long, the food is freshly cook most of the time so it's not like other places where it's just sitting the warmer. Always make sure that your food is correct, they make mistakes a lot. Last vist they put beacon in my salad when asked not to. It just went to the trash, what a waste of money.
The fries could use a tad more salt, my kid got a double cheeseburger instead of a single, but it had the toppings he asked for. Kind of an unexpected bonus? My Biggie Bag came out how I asked.Food: 4/5
The food was delicious and the price is always right for the $5 biggie bag. However I do miss the Vanilla Frosty!Food: 5/5
