My experience here at this particular Wendy's was mediocre and poor. Felt like I was at a third world Bodega. Person taking my order couldn't even speak English. If you're going to have somebody taking somebody's food order I would think Wendy's as a Fast-Food Corporation. Would consider having somebody who takes the orders be able to speak fluent English. I ordered three $5 biggie bags and when I ask for a tray for my beverages.I was given attitude and contempt for my request. I believe it was the actual manager of the store that I was dealing with how can a manager of a fast food establishment treat Wendy's customers this way
I was literally waiting for 5 minutes on empty drive through before I even got an acknowledgment, then I finally ordered but there was no reply until I started to drive away and I heard a careless voice telling me to come to the window. I drove to the window and waited another 5 mins before I blew my horn for service and as I blew I heard a voice in the parking lot 5 ft away from me pausing her conversation shortly with someone parked screaming “I’m coming “. So I waited another 5 mins and left because it was getting late . I came at 11:45 pm and left 12:01 am without service as I left all employees outside while inside was empty!! That’s disgusting coming from an establishment like Wendy’s
Go here regularly. I get the same meal. It comes out to 5.35- today it came out to 6.10 All their employees are on different pages . Charging multiple prices for same meal. Manager is aware and basically said there’s nothing they can do
Tried going here at a different time to see if I could get better service and nope didn't even make it to the window the person taking order has the worst attitude I just told her to cancel the order and left went to KFC instead seems like cooperate office doesn't care if people spend money or not they keep hiring this scum.Food: 3/5
All you get is rudeness and ghetto attitude, from the manager or assistant Manager. I think this will be the last I'm eating at fast foods over all. You get the same treatment all over. Especially in PBC.Food: 1/5
Be aware…there’s a older guy working the drive thru window, who is taking money on the side! I gave him a $20 bill, but he claims I gave him a $10 bill! It puzzled me because this has never happened to me, after reaching home…I realized he cheated me and never gave me a receipt to show I paid $10. He gave me $2 back after I paid for a $5 meal out of $20 on 5/22/23. LIAR!! I have learned my lesson and will NEVER return back to this location!!!
Tuesday March 21, 2023 4:15pm Twice I've been at this Wendy's two times and both time's I've had a bad experience. The food preparation was poorly done and only put three chicken nuggets in the bag. The soft drink machine had no ice, the soft drink was flat. The place is dirty. The attitude was going bad. The lady attending was very rude I was trying to explain what I wanted but she answered me "What do you want", with a bad attitude and she walked away and left me there, she came back after a while and continued to be rude. After this bad experience's I have no desire to come back to this place. This is definitely the last time I come to this Wendy's.
Awful customer service.. The lady can’t communicate with customers. I think she need to get some English classes before working here.. She was so rude. She couldn’t get my whole order because she can’t talk any English.. Keep away from this restaurant!!Food: 1/5
The older lady yelled at me for trying to order food. I’m so scared right now she came out the window and tried chewing on my skin She prob thought she was a zombie. She even grabbed me from my hair pulled me into the window and put me on the grill. i’m terrified don’t even come here
Below average fast food restaurant. I like Wendy's, but not this Wendy's. Food tasted ok and was prepared quickly. However, drink machine had no ice in it, and staff was standing sound rather than refilling it. Half the drink offerings were grayed out and what was available had no carbonation. No ketchup. Trash throughout the dining area, spilled drinks, etc. Dirty dirty dirty and all they needed to do was send someone to clean and restock.
