Wendy’s has good baked potatoes and the 4 for 4 is still a top tier fast food deal. They mess up your order every now and then. And you’ll feel like you just had cheap fast food. I have learned to not visit this location on the weekends. The crew spends more time outside smoking and vaping and shooting the breeze than being inside cleaning the dining room, stocking the condiment bar or taking care of customers. Plus they shorted my fries.... not a full carton

Worse Wendy's in the valley. The man taking orders sounds miserable, doesn't put in your orders right, and clearly hates his job. The food isn't even edible. The fries were stale, the chicken nuggets weren't even cooked all the way and the baked potato looks and smells like it's been sitting in a pressure cooker for days. Seriously.... Save your money, and spend it at Arby's.

My husband went through the drive through this evening to order: 1 vanilla frosty, 1 chocolate frosty, and 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. The store was out of vanilla frosty and when we returned home we discovered that we only had 1 jr bacon cheeseburger and one misc. burger not as ordered. We tried to check the receipt and there was none in the bag. I drove back at 10:03 to try and correct the order, but a group of employees were leaving and let me know that the location had closed the website states they are open until 11pm. Ridiculous experience all around.

This Wendy's had gone downhill over the years. They do have fast service and will provide your orders fast, but the primary problem is the staff. The recent manager doesn't seem to be very nice and outgoing when taking your order and handing it to you at the window. The staff also seems be focused more on vaping and mixing up orders sometimes. Not really great service for a place like this.

PATRON BEWARE: Worst Wendy’s experience of all time. “Hi I’ll be right with you” and the I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. I was trapped with someone behind me, so I couldn’t back up after the first ten minutes. There were only 4 cars in front of me. Owners of this establishment PLEASE ADVISE! Whoever staffed the night shift at 7PM Thursday May 6 needs to be trained... please. Unacceptable wait for a biggie combo that comes out cold after 30 minutes. The staff apologized with an extra thing of fries, I’m grateful for that acknowledgement of a terrible experience, but more cold fries doesn’t solve the problem of horrendous time management. Not giving a one star, because they apologized and at least my order was correct, but unfortunately, I will never return to this location. UPDATE: I just adjusted my rating down to a one star, because I just read other reviews over the last few weeks of other customers who had the exact same experience as me of sitting for 10 minutes at the speaker. If the owner didn’t care enough to fix the problem days ago, that’s a reflection of poor top down leadership, and that ultimately this feedback is probably not going to be reviewed or the effort made to fix the problem.

We love Wendy’s, but did not have a great experience at this location. We ordered on the mobile app, waited 20 minutes in the car once we let them know we were there, had to call to see where our food was. Got home and half our order was missing! We ordered two 4 for $4s with a side of nuggets, and they gave us our nuggets and a burger. Called to let them know we were missing our fries, burger, frosties, and sauces and they told us they don’t have delivery and would have to drive back to pick up what they missed. They did throw in an extra item for us which was nice. A huge inconvenience for fast food, hopefully it was a one time thing!

Classic Wendy's/fast food experience. The service was pretty quick, the food was good, and I like how they have such a big drink selection! I shoulda got my fries well done... but, that's on me. Well done Wendy's... well done!

Waited 20 minutes at the curbside pre order pickup. Should have just done the drive through. Update: then they COMPLETELY messed up the order by forgetting half of it, so I had to drive back and ask for it. All in all, it took over an hour to get a simple fast food meal. Never going back.

God where do I start. Their food is inconsistent and just bad. Their drive thru wait is so long. One time I've waited up to 30 minutes and there was only 4 cars in the drive thru. Their employees have bad attitudes and can usually be heard complaining from behind the counter. Literally go to any other Wendy's and I guarantee it'll be better.
