The food is great. I had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. There was no one in front me, just no one at the counter. They were all doing drive through and weren't willing to switch to counter. Guy told me someone would be right with me, then proceeded to sweep the floor. Finally a manager came back from break and took my order. I know app orders and drive through are more popular now but if you are going to have a dining room you need to at least be able to serve both. Just my opinion. I will be going through the drive through next time to get served faster.
This Wendy's is Superb!! The food is delicious and when they have a line at the drive thru it is amazingly quick. They are very fast and very friendly here, they always smile and they are fast and my Dave's single is always mouth watering. I Look forward to eating at Wendy's, I Really Do!!
Computers all over the place. I guess GM was there. W Took up alot of space for people to sit. Girl taking orders looked like she had no clue what she was doing. I ordered 6 biggie bacon double stack and said I want everything no Tom and she proceeded to tell me what was on it. I said I kn that this is what I want and then gave me an attitude. Sis not say ty, have a good day or anything. Won't be back any time soon .will drive to Vineland or Bridgeton.
I guess dine in is not available for breakfast. This was the 3rd time I've stopped in the morning to find doors locked. It was 8am. I prefer Wendy's breakfast items, but when I want to sit inside and eat, I've had to go to BK or McD.
I am visiting family for the summer. I come to this location every time we want Wendy's. Our order's right every time but we do order though the app. It makes it faster at the resturant when we do so. Food is fres when we get it and hot. The drive thru line moves really quickly no matter how many people are in it. Some workers are a little moody, but dealing with some of the stuff they do I would be moody too. I will use this location everytime.
The bun was obviously thawed and falling apart in my hand. They were out of chili before midnight and the price is high for what u get. Used to be one of my favorite lunch places back in the hey days. Execs would eat there then too. Just Saying........Food: 1/5
I order through door dash and 2 of my items were missing. My large fry and 4 piece nuggets. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone and I told the dasher and he said that’s all he got.Food: 4/5
This place is so unprofessional! I spent $150 on food to feed my company lunch. 21 orders of the $6 Match. I order at 11:34 AM I showed up 10 minutes later as the app told me. At 12:30pm I am still waiting for the food. I told the manager that I have been waiting over 45 minutes and she starts complaining everyone is new and she has been working 14 days in a row. None of this is my problem I just want the food I order but I'm watching customer after customer get served and im just standing there. The manager starts throwing the food in the bags tells me to wait extra 15 mins. The customers that were in the room didn't even want to be served anymore after he attitude. She told me If I didnt want to wait to get my money refunded on the mobile app. Well come to find out that's lie to. So I walked out after her attitude not to mention most of MY employee are no longer on lunch an hour later. NOW IM FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR FOOD I NEVER GOT.
Was covering the store in the area for my job and stopped at Wendy's for lunch. Parking lot was clean it. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Picked up a cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. And the food was prepared just like the picture on the wall. If you're in the mood for fast food this Wendy's is definitely up your alley. Definitely recommend
They have the upmost disrespectfully ratchet females working there it’s disgusting, they have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! All they do in there is give out wrong orders and eat while working/walking around and the manager allows it!!! They all need to be replaced.Food: 1/5
