We always get really good customer service here. And they rarely mess up our order. Unfortunately because of the location there can be some routiness going on in the parking lot with people screaming arguments up and down the street. They are not patrons of the restaurant, just random people who like to argue in public. Their new breakfast potatoes are super crispy and really good. And their biggie bag is a great deal for a quick lunch on the go.
Kinda wish they were more consistent and listen to instructions. If you ask for something specific they'll say yes then forget almost every time. Check your bag before you go. Food isn't that good but it's fast food. I don't blame the workers, they're usually not paid enough or treated well enough to care, I get that, I just wish they wouldn't lie and say they'll do something when they don't.
Walked in to order for take out. I stood at the counter and was ignored for 7-10 minutes by employees. The employee that helped me seemed annoyed that they had to take my order. There was an issue with my order, tried to get the attention of employees and was successful after many attempts. Awful service, dirty eating area, and employees watching videos on their phone, during their break, full volume for everyone. Food was Wendy's, so classic Wendy's flavor and style.
It was yummy and got to us fairly quickly. The homeless girl with no shoes on wasn't very appealing but I used it as a learning experience to my kids.Food: 4/5

I have never been to a nicer wendys! The outside and inside look so modern and clean. The only downside is the bunch of vagrants that go in here and there and bring it down a peg. Besides that this trip would have been perfect. The food was also made hot and fresh!
We went thru drive thru and ordered 4 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, we made it perfectly clear we wanted 4 with everything on it and told her catsup mustard pickles and so on. We got all four with just mayo, lettuce. Tomatoes and bacon. We were late so we didn't have time to make her fix them. So check your orders before u go. Or you will have to make two trips.
Clean, organized,and efficient. The burger was very and the chicken was also. If you don't like mustard tell them when you order. Nice staff. We had a late lunch for two w/fries for under $10. 5 stars if you like mustardFood: 4/5
Make sure you check your food before driving off. Recieved someone else's order. I don't typically do fast food, so I didn't even think about it.
I'm super disappointed in this restaurant. This is a beautifully designed building and a wonderful lobby. However, ,the service sucks. There was a very nice gentleman who had ordered and went to wait for his food after greeting us. The manager was the one working the register and when we moved up she just walked away. Thinking she was just filling an order or helping get orders out, I waited patiently. The menu board is broken on one side so just the meals are on the 2 other boards. The manager never filled orders, she walked over to the unused side of the prep counter and started walking back and forth across the soaking wet floor to the coolers and back forth slowly so she didnt fall. I've worked fast food and that floor is slippery that snot. Even she didn't want to mop the guys shooting the breeze with her should of mopped up so it was safe. Meanwhile we are still waiting to get our order taken. She cleans the counter and finally walked back over. She never apologized or seem to even care. This Wendy's use to pride themselves in their superior quality of food and their service. That apparently no longer seems to be a goal. The other employee filling orders for a very busy drive thru was very polite. The ones preparing food were very busy doing their jobs well. Sadly I don't think I will ever return. Dave and Wendy would be ashamed.
