Pulled over during a tornado warning to seek shelter here. Employees had the door locked and refused to let us in. All employees were lined up at the window watching us get hailed on and gawking at the literal tornado behind us. Unlocked the door to tell us they wouldn’t let us in, even though we were begging for shelter. Absolutely ridiculous.
Food was great. This Wendy's appears to be operated at a higher level than most. Overall great experience.Food: 5/5

Pocahontas, AR Whomever male was on drive-thru duty taking orders yesterday 03/20/23 around 4pm - outstanding customer service. Super polite!! Now the female employee, blonde with a hellish attitude working window #2, my only suggestion would be to find a different career bc you’re awful with customer service; by just shoving food into my window “HERE!” As she rolls her eyes. You caught me on a good day cause honestly any other day I would have smacked your eyes right back into place. Aside from that girls attitude and lack of manners, excellent!
My significant other came up there to order me some food around 9pm, said all the lights were on, inside and out. Appearing to be open, she waited in the drive thru for awhile, no one ever came to the speaker.. so she pulls to the window, some young guy was standing there with the drive thru window cracked open a bit, but he looks at her and walks off.. so she waited, finally he came back up to window after a few mins and he just looks at her again and she opens her door up, and he steps forward and she asked him if y'all were still open... he says no y'all are closed.. so she leaves and calls me to tell me that Wendy's is not an option basically but I'm curious if y'all just have new hours on Friday nights, or why the employee said y'all were closed but according to Google there was still at least 30-45mins before closing time???

Good food when they get it right but won't take suggestions from customers. Order takers interrupt customers in the middle of an order to wait on other customers. Orders often wrong. Order takers won't let you ask questions. "Next item!" they say..."Next item." Manager and some staff rude to customers. Reported to CEO whom I know personally. They were not happy about this. Update... Today I got a bunch of ketchup packets that have been busted with ketchup dripping all over the packages. Real classy Wendy's! This thing that can happen to this place is new management!!!
First time being to Wendy's in a while it was amazing you have to try the strawberry frostyFood: 5/5
