One word DISGUSTING. Sharon the manager with the luscious long black curly hair had her hair LOOSE. She was packing a bag and had her hair in around all over the bag. Her entire staff of 6-8 people had hats, hair up, buns the usual for an establishment handling food. To top it off my family and I were waiting for about 10 min before I had to say something to get acknowledged. What is it these days?? Where has the respect and customer service gone?? She was trying to fight me because I stated about her hair. Never again will I attempt to go in there.
Just okay. Asked for fresh and didnt get it. Food was barely warm. These fast food restaurants that offer late night service are always leaving much to desireFood: 2/5
While their food is consistently good the staffing is a bit of an issue. I get it. it's a fast food place. But the enthusiasm is a bit lacking especially considering it wasn't a busy time when I went there. I only did drive through this time. It was an okay experience. One thing to keep in mind. If you're going to get chili just order a small because the bigger one tends to be too watery. And that's because they take a normal helping off the bottom with the first ladle but when they have to top off the bigger ones they just skim off the top
Fast food restaurant, not my favorite kind of food but when on the road running errands it can be an option, for what I can see there was a change in management or franchise owner, for the first time in a long time there was no errors with my order, everything was in the bag, carefully packed to my surprise and all the condiments added without having to ask. Kudos to this new team!!
I went through the Drive through but the food was great! I had the pub pretzel burger with beer cheese. It was like a gourmet burger from a nice restaurant. Very pleasantly surprised Food: 5/5
omg it's so bad. just go to the bk or taco bell across the street. I had to keep correcting them when ordering, they will got my order wrong like three different ways. has to go in to get it fixed, when I got home my bakes potato was mushy brown on the inside. just disgusting.
S0METIME, WE EXPECT TOO MUCH BUT THERE ARE TIME WE JUST EXPECT NORMAL. WHEN I GO TO A FASTFOOD, I SOMETIME WANT THE FOOD TO LOOK LIKE THE POSTER THAT GOT ME IN THE STORE, FOOD OUALITY, SERVICE, AND PRICE IS THE DRIVING FACTOR, I DON'T NEED TO SAY NO MORE.
It was a bad experience. Even after repeating my order multiple times they didn't get it right. And it was something as simple as ordering a diet soda.Food: 1/5
I love the fries! Double Burger was good too. Drink machine has lots of choices, free refills.Food: 5/5
I haven't gone in the day time but an night time it is pretty slow and I know when you work for alot of hours you get tired but sometimes you should control your anger and some workers do treat you with a little attitude
