A decent Wendy’s meal, the staff were quick to process the order and the food was made as ordered. Though the “warm” cookies were not warm at all, the bourbon bacon tasted really good. Store was clean.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
The entire place smelled like a bathroom. Every surface looked like it was only wiped with a wet rag with no soap almost every table had crumbs on it. Explains why no one was inside. I said I didn't mind waiting for the chicken sandwich to be fresh. The lady was very polite though when she repeated back my order she only said a hot chicken. I said no all the food hot. But only the chicken was. Wow!
I love your food but your staff today was really rude. If I pay 10 for a meal a simple anything would be nice but I was given dirty looks and 1 pack of ketchup when I asked for a large Fri. I'll sit in taco bell line next time, they hate there jobs to but at least they smile and are friendly.
I love this location. They are always super friendly and quick. The lobby is always clean. The food is always done correctly and tastes great. One of my favorite Wendy's to go to.Food: 5/5
Placed a mobile carryout order and went inside to wait for my order. It took 20 minutes. Another lady came in twice because her order was messed up multiple times. Then something is very wrong with the freestyle machine, the pop tastes gross and there is very little syrup added to it. I've had that issue twice now. I know they looked to be short staffed which I know is an issue in the fast food industry, but they at least needed one more person working the front, there was only one guy doing all the work of taking orders and filling them. Also the surfaces everywhere inside were very dirty.
When I first moved to Howell I loved this location. The staff always greeted warmly. Recently, it has consistently forgotten things in my order and the staff are not as pleasant. Sad.Recommended dishesWendy’S Classic Chocolate and Vanilla Frosty Desserts, Double Stack Biggie Bag
We were passing through this town and decided to go this Wendy's for a bite to eat. I tell you I had the best customer experience ever from this Wendy's. Just great.Food: 5/5
Drive thru... Who point a microphone towards a expressway? The person taking my order couldn't hear me well, and was salty because of it. And no kids meals listed on the menu board outside?
You can count on your order being wrong or missing items. I can't seem to win at this location. Maybe the few times I went just happened to be an off day, but I have yet to have a positive experience. The food is consistent with any other Wendy's.
Food was up to par, staff was friendly and respectful. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. Keep working hard guys, thank you
