Went an hour before they closed to pick up a prepaid takeout order and they refused to serve me or the 2 other people in the drive thru line, saying they were closed. The employees were out of uniform all on their phones inside the store and refused to honor the order. It was 11pm and the posted hours said they close at 12. I hope the owner sees this because they are stealing money from the company and closing early.
Great customer service! Truly enjoyed our giant nuggets order!!! Drive thru was polite I was lol little difficult changing my order the woman helped me and saved me $$! That’s a huge compliment to get from me that I’m so happy . I’m so happy with this location each and every time. Manager must be on point too because happy crew , great managers & owners! Ordered a salad and told them no blue cheese, but they still gave me blue cheese . They didn't know if I was allergic or not. Then I told them less ice in my lemonade at the window, and I thought they would have made me another one. Please. They poured out the lemonade into another cup manager without letting too much ice in the cup. I saw it with my own eyes, and I was about to pull away, but I would never go to Wendy's in Illinois again. I'm an Uber driver and delivery food driver with over 1500 deliveries. This is the first time I seen this happen...
I left the drive thru because it was taking too long to get my order in. I went inside to make my order instead, I was the only one in line and I still had to wait 15mins for just a couple of things. The cashier was clueless on the toppings on the burgers and sandwiches, and had to go to the back a few times to ask his manager.Food: 3/5
Location is posted to be closed at midnight on Sunday and at 11:30 they are closed. It's posted on the drive-through menu. I drove to the window after waiting 5 minutes and then a employee told me this.Service: 1/5
When it come to breakfast Wendy's has the best!!! At this location they're extremely professional and services with a smile. Semper fi WillFood: 5/5
The food was fresh but they forgot part of my order. They quickly fixed the mistake and apologized. Good value to especially if you have a lot of mouths to feed. LolFood: 4/5
