Delicious food at Wendy's. Tried the ghost pepper ranch sandwich.  They have this amazing soda machine that has so many different soda flavors eg Lime coke, grape sprite etcFood: 5/5

The dining room is nicely updated and the food is good value as always. Friendliness of the service can be hit or miss and the wait time for food is typically longer than comparable fast food restaurants, but that seems to be a hallmark of the chain and their process, not a reflection on an individual location.Food: 5/5

Clean restaurant and great customer service. Couldn't get a connection to access my app but the person at the register was kind enough to honor the code anyway. Sometimes it's the "little" things. I appreciated that gesture . The $5 Biggie Bag was light and tasty.Food: 4/5

Ordering was great. They answered our questions quickly and met all our special order requests for the burgers. The food was well made and packaged and came out fast and hot. This is a great Wendy's! We were starving too. Thank you, and praise God!Food: 5/5

I don't know what they teach in orientation. But whatever it is , KEEP THE SAME ENERGY. My wife and I have a blast whenever we go through the drive through! They are friendly  and VERY funny .Food: 5/5

The morning staff down to the evening crew, has treated me and other customers with open arms. They all great you, and they all are personable with a smile. The managers and the crew leads, take thier time to get the orders correct the first time. I will take the extra time on my break, for the great atmosphere and good food. Keep up the great job you all.  Kid-friendliness: The young lady that took my order showed perfect attention to the young customer before I made my order.

I ordered dinner my granddaughter. Nuggets and fries and a drink. The big girl at the window repeated order. When I  take my granddaughter home she was not eating the nuggets. Come to find out they gave her spicy hard nuggets. The incompetent people that work for these restaurants are RIDICULOUS!!!. My daughter had to go back again. No where when I was ordering was spicy mention. I don't usually buy fast food but was a favor for my daughter because she was getting home late from work. Hire more Intelligent people!!!!

Drive thru closed unless paying with cash, employees too busy inside talking to each other to help customers. It was definitely not a typical Wendy's experience that you'll get at other locations. I'd avoid this particular location, if possible.Food: 3/5

Ordered DoorDash from this location and the sandwich was raw. Do not order from here. Will be contacting corporate and the health department.

The Wendy's here in Cockeysville are always so nice and friendly! Sure, they're busy, as expected from a popular chain restaurant. But give them a little patience, and it goes a mile in the food and service! A little kindness is what everyone needs right now.Food: 5/5
