Went through the drive-through, ordered an apple pecan salad, large chili large strawberry Frosty, Baked potato, double cheeseburger. That came to just over $27 when I got home, I didn’t have my double cheeseburger. The guy that handed me the food never said a word. He just close the window and went back to work. So I waited a minute, and the other guy said that was it. When I got home I didn’t have my double cheeseburger. However they did cook the food quickly

I went through the drive-thru And ordered the new Spicy mozzarella chicken cheeseburger sandwich meal.I asked when I paid for a receipt he said other window slammed the window. I live a half mile from the restaurant and when I got home the sandwich was bone dry just a hamburger patty cheese and the chicken on top. I bit into the sandwich and it wasn't even remotely warm. I would never order this again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. $14 for this meal and it was horrible.

I went through the drive through today & as I finished telling them the first thing I wanted the employee says “anything else” I say “one sec” but then he says “ok pull to the first window” I say “I’m not done” no reply on their end. So I pull to the first window & I say I was not done he asks his manager, Ashley if he can add on to the order at the window she says no so I ask if I need to go back around he tells me yes. No big deal. So I go back around but before I can finish ordering the manager, Ashley gets on & says “we’re refusing service to you, thank you have a nice day”. She says the reason she refuse service to me today was because I left the line without paying. Mind you, the guy who was going to take my payment didn’t mention I had to pay before going back around & when I said this to her she asked him did he mention it he says he did mention that to us. A LIE. So instead of the manager, Ashley saying “oh this was just miscommunication let’s fix this” she refused service to me. Ashley, the manager was very rude & not a very good problem solver.

Guys, they fixed it! Used to be second worse and slow as hell, but not anymore! Hours are wierd for sure, but food, service and speed are worlds better than they used to be. 100% recommend them now Drive through is weird that it wraps around the building, too many people cannot understand and block traffic, ymmv

The lobby is continually closed. They don't have a sign or anything saying it is closed but just lock the doors. I've been here several times and it is always the same. I'm a human, not a car, and shouldn't have to grow tires to order food

If I could give negative stars I WOULD! My husband and kids were hungry and went to get food but apparently the dining room was closed. The MANAGER was so rude, laughed at him, and mouthed "oh well" through the window >= WHO TF DOES THAT?! With how cold it is and our rv doesn't fit thru the drive-thru?! You can fvck all the way off with that $h!t attitude.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and tasty. I felt very welcome throughout our interaction and I will be back again!

I got there around 9-10 and the guy that took my order was very fast and nice, I pulled up to the first window and sat for a lil but bc I didn’t know what window to go to and a lady seen me and smiled and pointed at the second, I thought that was nice, and then the guy at the second window with a beard was really nice I’d say that was a good first impression.

Zero Stars! I pulled up in the drive through and first informed them I had a $5.99 Dave’s Double combo coupon. I then proceeded to order a #12 just the sandwich and a 10 piece spicy nuggets. The female drive through employee didn’t tell me a total price but told me to pull up to the first window. Once I got to the window, she said the total was $22. I figured it was a little high but paid up. When She gave me change and the receipt, it said the combo was $8.59. When I asked about the coupon being added she said “I didn’t know you had a coupon” and “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Being in a hurry and not wanting to wait, I said fine and went to the second window. I got my food and left. Found out the nuggets were regular nuggets, they were soggy, and all the breading had fallen off. The #12 chicken sandwich was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life and it made me puke. I had to go leave work again to buy another lunch somewhere else. Never going back to that Wendy’s dump!

Not going back!! Never can they make my sandwich right!! Every time!! What part of NO ketchup do you not understand? I have been told it was the MANAGER that made my sandwich!! They want more money to work, but they can't even follow simple instructions! I am DONE!! This happens every time I go there!!
