This is a recently remodeled Wendy’s. Appears the place has been gutted from the inside and out. Dining room now has a very upscale appeal to it, and the Coca Cola Freestyle Machines also appear upgraded, which is a plus. Ordered take out. Website is TERRIBLE - just beware. But lots of good rewards options and deals which is why it’s worth it. Ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. Came with 4 pc. Chicken Nuggets, Jr. Cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. For $5, this is a STEAL. A lot of food! Food was also delicious. Staff are friendly too. Will be back! Glad this location is still around - a lot of the other ones in upper Chicagoland have closed.
I get take out from here a few times a month and it's never been bad. At least for the pub sandwiches. I really didn't like the Dave's burger but the pretzel bacon pub sandwiches burgers or chicken are probably my favorite of any fast food restaurant. The fries are good too. Never had a bad experience service wise.
Decided to stop here after a car event.. The employee's are nice, the area and restaurant is very clean and it is a peaceful atmosphere. Parking: N/A
We ordered 2 burgers and again and again, for the 3rd time today they keep forgetting the 2nd burger. This is honestly so frustrating how we always have to remind these people to give us the food we ordered. On top of that, some of the people working here have the audacity to act pissed with us for trying to get what we paid for. Never going back again after this.
Update August 2023: My last few orders have been hot, fresh, and fulfilled accurately, including any sauce added to the order. Normally I order on Mobile or website and pick up in drive thru. I've enjoyed trying the strawberry frosty when they've had it. Update 2022 with another visit: picked up mobile order and staff made a comment at the pickup window "that's a lot of sauce." Once home, I realized they did not fulfill my whole order and did not put all the sauces in the bag. They did not disclose this and instead did not fulfill my whole online order. I did not have enough sauces to dip my large dry in. This is deceitful and if you want to change how many sauces customers can order, you need to reach out to the wendys app developers and work with them to change how much can be ordered at your specific store. Not giving the sauces without communicating this is not the answer. All food was nice and hot and fresh. Staff said it would be 10 minutes for my order due to needing to make chicken. I didn't mind at all and was happy to wait. However, while the chicken sandwiches were pipping hot, the fries and burger were barely warm. It seems like they packaged the rest of my order up while waiting for the chicken to be done, instead of making sure everything was fresh and hot when the order was given to me.
Got the breakfast Bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a drink and it is Not worth the $$. Very small and not big on taste. I got 2 sandwiches and a large cold drink just under $12 Will not get that again.
There was a 1x1 centimeter corner of a plastic bag burried in the cheese and bacon pile of the pub fries in a takout meal I ordered. Pictured is the corner of the bag that I spit into the trash Thought the bacon was a bit more plasticy than normal, so I pulled it out of my mouth, to my horror, finding the corner of the bag
Ordered 2 Dave’s double and no American cheese, something and not what we wanted. They hurry to get you out of there, you should watch what type of cheese you put on there! Maybe trying to break the world record time for fastest drive thru? Very disappointed for a regular customer.
Service was great, place was clean. The food was not good. Ordered 2 kids' meals and cheeseburgers. All the burgers were just off. Fries were undercooked. This is my least favorite location.Food: 2/5
Lorena and the oriental kid that work are RUDE SUPER RUDE. Have nothing but problems when i come here. Do not recommend this wendys to everyone and i make sure they know it sucks. Go somewhere else or to a different location.
