Hot food. Ready quick. Polite and accommodating staff. This seems to be a safe location. We stopped to eat in the parking lot very late. There was light traffic so it wasn't empty and we felt safe and weren't bothered by anyone. Lots of other businesses in the area and well lit and clean area. As two women traveling alone this was a good location for us to stop.
Terribly slow! Two managers one off in the lobby going back and forth about $3 short in the register. Chicken don't taste right. The dude at the register slow, I can understand being new but have some common sense about you. Yes, observed employees not washing hands or not wearing gloves. Drive thur is just as bad. They pre cups frostys before closing to lazy to clean the machine which makes the frosty foamy. I wish Chick-fil-A was closer .
This location has to be one of the worst Wendy's restaurants in Southern MD. Lines are always long, orders are never right even the drinks are watered down. Fort washington needs more the two drive thru options. I try to give the benefit and keep going back but this location never satisfies!Food: 1/5
Fort Washington MD Cashier cleaning Lobby and cashier. This young man leaves lobby return to cashier duties to put order together NEVER WASHING his hands and proceeded to put my order together. Manager standing there. I mentioned he never washed his hands after handling the broom. I requested a full refund the manager tried to apologize and stated I could have the frosty. I told her no thank you. If I refused the order why would I want the frosty. Dirty and Nasty applies to everything they serve. Dirty free items DO NOT WORK FOR ME!!!
Careful of the crazy man with the back pack if you're dining in. He stared us down for a few minutes and when we ignored him he started threatening us. Best to just do drive thru I guess. Food: 5/5
The grease always taste so old. You can tell they never change it. We started doing to the Wendy’s in Oxon hill and the nuggets look and taste so much better. So gross how their food is always cold and stale yet they take forever to get your food together
It's a Wendy's. I mostly do drive thru but have gone in. They have a Coke Freestyle machine. Staff is mostly decent and they are about 85% accurate on the orders. Food is generally decent and mostly hot. Expensive for what it is.Food: 4/5
I just visited the drive through and the young man who handled my transaction asked me THREE TIMES "anything else" as I was attempting to order. Since he was rushing me and being rude, I decided not to order more, which included five Frosty's. My fries were cold and it was just a very poor experience. . .
They get my order wrong the regular. Too many young people working here not paying attention to what there doing. Or they just do not really care.Food: 2/5
ordered on phone app ordered 2 biggie bags i went there to pick it up and i got the bag and the drinks so i was like oh nice but when i got home there was NO SANDWITCH NO NUGS LIKE HOW DO YOU MISS THE MOST IMPORTENT ITUM LIKE HOWFood: 1/5
