So first of all,  if ordering for 2 wasn't painful enough, they dropped the order of chicken nuggets on the counter and returned them to the warmer and mixed them in, and grabbed some out. I asked if those were the same ones that fell on the counter, thinking I'm a compete idiot they say no, these are fresh. Then there was no ice in the pop machines, and they didn't fill that those till we were leaving.  Definitely not returning! Worst then McDonald's and we all know how hard that is. BTW this was at 1100am.

Last time I visited back in February, got screwed out of a baked potato. Got charged for it but never got it. Then the burger I got made me sick at 3am. Had to pray to the toilet gods. Posted the burger on my tiktok. Never again... eat here at your risk. You have been warned...Food: 1/5

Very rude! I went though drive thru. First, the staff held a gun to my head, demanding I gave them my money. Then to make things worst! They hopped out of the window, in a wild acrobatic performance, to slide into my car, stab me in midair with the new metal straws, open the passenger door with their foot while still in midair, slide out of my car, did a backflip over onto the roof of my car, and back in the window like some cretin!!! Then they took their chili and threw it at me! ABYSMAL! After that, the restruant blew up! I licked some of the chili off of my completely ruined shirt, and honestly, it was pretty good. 5 stars.*  Kid-friendliness: Also, I &quot;watched&quot; in &quot;horror&quot; as a kid punched an employee! Not the other way around.*

So I downloaded the app. Thinking my food would be done when I got there. It was not done they had me sit in drive thru for 20 min waiting for my order. Held the whole line up. Got all the way home with the order and they forgot a sandwich for my 3 year old. She was very upset so I had to give her my food.Food: 4/5

Waited for 15 min as the only car in the drive through, thinking “At least the food would be fresh.” Got home to find the only thing right on my order was the kids meal. Other two meals weren’t even close. I was hungry so I figured I’d eat it anyway. Nope. Fries were cold mush and the burger was dried out like it’d been sitting for a half hour. It was a $21 disappointment.

I'm a former employee of this wendys.. Breastfeeding mothers deserve a clean, safe, and PRIVATE space to pump while at their workplace. For 3 months I was pumping while doing work tasks.. spilling my breast milk if I bent over, losing my milk supply due to not being able to stay hydrated during my shift. I was told I couldn't leave the floor every few hours to pump, as it would disturb the work flow. Under the PUMP Act, most nursing employees have the right to reasonable break time and a place, other than a bathroom, that is shielded from view and free from intrusion to express breast milk while at work. This right is available for up to one year after the child’s birth. I was not granted any of this.. they tried to "comply" and have me start pumping in the office. The office has 2 windows and a camera. I put black trash bags over the window and covered the single camera that is in the work office. Was told by the district manager of Wendy's that is NOT allowed. He said I'd either have to clock out, go home and pump and come back.. mins you I live 15 minutes away and it'd take up my whole 30 minute unpaid break.. OR I could clock out and pump in the bathroom stall. I've never felt so damn humiliated in my life.. all I'm trying to do is provide food for my child and I'm being targeted. This whole situation is NOT OKAY!!!!!

The person taking our order did the best she could I think and stated she wasn't used to the breakfast items. When we got our order, it was evident that she was not lying. Almost everything was wrong with our order, and the person expediting orders was very rude about any issue. Settled for the wrong stuff and decided not to return.

Burger was so crispy and clean. We ordered one large fry to charge and 2 jr bacons each. I will say this. They must have new management. We didn’t come for so long Becuase we got food poisoning twice last year. So glad they cleaned up!!! The hard work and effort in the management and crew is really showing !! Keep it up moline team! Very busy Sunday lunch, around 12:30. 1 young man at the counter, taking orders, and filling them. 1 person in drive thru, 1 fry guy, 1 backline. I had seen the mgr when we first got there, but she disappeared. We probably waited in line easily 15 minutes, b4 we could order... just as it was our turn, mgr shows back up, took my order, my friends order...then disappeared AGAIN. Finally got our food, burger was cold. I get the wait due to it being busy...where was the mgr all that time? She was NOT filling orders, or cooking.. certainly not providing customer service!The young man at the counter did his best, with a smile! Poor leadership..

Me and my boyfriend come here pretty often and usually it’s fine but the lady who took the order was rude and we had to ask her what she was saying repeatedly and then continued to raise her voice and talked to us like we were stupid then asked about the menu and if they could flip the menu around because it was breakfast and she said it in a horrible tone and said it hasn’t worked to turn it around because of the storm like I was supposed to know that and we had to look it up and wouldn’t give us time to order and was eager to stop taking our order. Horrible staff and she seems to not understand people skills
