Peppermint frosty was really good! People were very nice. Food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The drive thru was really busy, but we went inside and it was quick service.
The Bourbon Bacon burger is not worth 6.49 , one of the worst presentations of Wendy’s food I have ever seen . The store was clean , staff friendly, order was correct, but this is what you get for that much money , not a good value at all

They get my order wrong quite a bit. The food is decent quality as far as fast food goes, but the price has gone up considerably, everything has, so I get it. So we don't go here as much as we did previously. Wish they would get my order correct when I do go though.
One would assume, that breakfast at a fast food restaurant would be the usual biscuit and your favorite style of eggs. Along with bacon or sausage. The morning's I went, the counter person was very nice and smiled and helped to make it possible to have their signature sandwich on a biscuit. I almost gave a four star rating because of the hamburger bun style breakfast sandwich. Then as I thought about it figured why not try and get ot on a biscuit. Now for the five star rating. The counter person was amazing switched the meal to have it on a biscuit. Super great service, friendly and cheerful. The Wendy's in Elizabethton Tennessee is one of the best places to stop and pick yourself up some breakfast. Thank you.
This Wendy's is very consistently good. My order is almost never wrong. I think my fries were unsalted like one time and that's probably the worst problem I've had here. The service is always quick and the workers polite. My only minor complaint is that the soda always tastes a little off, I would estimate they don't clean the drive through soda machine super frequently.
Counter person acted like me and the guy in front of me were bothering her. It was middle of lunch hour and her speed was a snail pace. All I ordered was basic #1 Burger only and it took 20 minutes to get. The burger was missing lettuce and the meat was luke warm. Won't be going back.Food: 2/5
Super nice Wendy's. Staff is friendly, food was done by the time I finished paying. This one has been remodeled recently, and they've done a fantastic job. There's space for bringing your laptop with you and plenty of seating for groups. They also if the Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain so numerous choices for drinks.

Stopped by yesterday evening around 6:00 pm and ordered myself and my niece food. She got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was crispy alright. It was burnt to a crisp and even tasted burnt. I was headed to church so we decided to go to McDonald's! Very disappointed in Wendy's. This location has gone down hill bad. We were here a couple of weeks ago and decided to dine in. There were several customers doing dine in and the manager said I hope you have a debit card/credit card because we have no cash! Really?? What kind of business doesn't have cash??? Thankfully we had a card but what about the people who don't have a credit/debit card? Yes there are people who don't have a card Better get your act together!! Also the same day a male employee was coming into work and he sneezed and coughed without covering his nose and mouth! He never went to the restroom to wash his hands and I'm sure he didn't ever wash his hands!
