We stopped by this location to try the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. We also enjoyed our meal.Food: 5/5
I’m not sure what kind of experience others have had - but ours here was beyond incredible. After a long day at the lake we stopped here and the entire staff was nothing short of patient, caring and attentive. My first time at Wendy’s was truly memorable. This Wendy's is right off of hwy 99 Kettleman in Lodi very convenient location. Hot fries and a tasty spicy chicken sandwich it was good except the lettuce on one sandwich was welted... I mean this was an experience. I went there randomly on a lunch date with my daughter and wife. Joseph the cashier was wow. If you want an Exceptional cashier to read back your order in his way, go to Lodi Wendy'sFood: 5/5
It's a breath of fresh air in an otherwise fairly sketchy area. The facility was clean, the staff gave me the restroom code before I even ordered, and when I did order the food was hot and fresh and in my hands fast. The shift supervisor Joseph was a very friendly and personable man and I hope that he is paid well for the above and beyond customer service and overall kindness and friendliness that I saw him display, both to myself and to at least three other customers in the store. If I ever pass through the area again I will absolutely want to stop here again.
It is the first time since the remodeling of the building, so I was not sure what to expect. This is my experience: hot fresh food, great customer service, & and a peaceful atmosphere . I hope this is a constant experience for all customers.Food: 5/5

Man !!! the tall fellow with the mustache gave me the best service ever, he doesn’t belong here at all. His tag said supervisor but he’s better than this place!!!
Had their box deal for $5.00. The double cheeseburger, fries and 5 piece chicken nuggets plus drink is really a good deal!!.Food: 4/5
Has to be the nicest Wendy’s I have ever visited. New remodel looks great. Lobby much brighter and more welcoming. Love the relaxing country music playing in the background. The biggest surprise is the extremely high level of service. Joseph, is so friendly and always seems to have a great attitude. Dining inside is a pleasure, not what you would expect from a Wendy’s! Great job guys!
