Went through the drive through, usually the food is good, but today that was not the case. Everything was dry. The french fries were dry and flavorless and a bit cold. The chicken nuggets were also flavorless and not moist. Everything tasted as it was made the night before and warmed up in the morning. My granddaughters chicken sandwich was rubbery, and also did not taste fresh. She said the vegetables felt slimy. The only good part was the frostys and they were delicious as always.
The most horrible experience in a fast food restaurant ever.. i walk in to pick up my order and had a huge disagreement with the woman at the counter.. apparently she was very rude and disrespectful. She started huffing angrily and was like you will need to wait, your order isn't ready .I said thats fine, but is there a problem because you seem to bein a pretty bad mood. She got extremely nasty and basically starts back and for with me. I said do you normally treat your customers this way. I would like my money back I don't even wanna eat here. Another woman I assumed was the manager NOT apologizing for such rude behavior towards me at all. Comes in and explained to the other woman I couldn't get my money back and proceeds to make my order.while the other grouchy woman just watched while she got it ready. I won't be coming back ever again.
Friendly staff. Have only used drive thru lane. Ordering is easy and staff seem friendly and helpful. Can be a bit slow at peak hours. Food is good and consistent quality. Will definitely continue to use this location.Food: 4/5
We have been going to this wendys since we moved to phoenixville always had a pleasant experience they were always very nice. This time went around 1 pm we did have a good amount in our order 3 different meals and 2 cheeseburgers for a total of 3 people pulled up to the drive-thru the lady was very nice at first till she saw our order and seemed very annoyed exhauled an ughhh turned off her mic for a minute and said pull around in the rudest tone i would understand if they were very busy and maybe their short staffed but nobody else was there in the drive through and no cars parked outside. They were very rude when we pulled up to the window. Checked to see if they got everything and it was all cold. If you want a better experience and better quality definitely go to a different wendys. I will be gladly driving 30 minutes to go to a different one.

Nice service but very shabby interior. Table top material was bubbled from age, making it difficult to determine cleanliness. Soda machine not working properly, and had no ice. Food was fine and as expected.Food: 3/5
Ordered the bourbon bacon burger. Not bad. Soda machine apparently not working, so staff had to fill soda order and server said "no one is trying to fix it." Something you NEVER say to a customer. Beyond that, I got what I wanted, the place was clean and the staff was helpful. An vast improvement from my last visit and light years ahead of the Lionville and Audubon stores.

This is my home Wendy’s but tonight I went through the drive thru to order and it’s supposed to be open until 11pm but it was 10:15 no one came for 10 minutes so I pulled around to each window and no one was inside except I saw a employee girl dark hair on her phone in the dining area. I know they’re understaffed but please just acknowledge a customer and help them when they come through the drive thru rather than being on your phone while Wendy’s is still listed as open. Or just adjust the hours.
