Attempted the drive thru and the lady that took our order was rude and read rushing us. Wouldn’t give us a chance to finish ordering before cutting us off and asking if we had anything else. When I called and talked to a manager she advised she has a new general manager and they are pushing for speed instead of quality. She said she would talk to the order taker but I’m sure nothing will change this Wendy’s has definitely went way down in service and food quality and friendliness.
Wanted to try the new pretzel pub chicken sandwich and was told they were out of pretzel bread. I said regular bun was fine. Got my order and left. Got down the street and noticed they gave me a burger and not a chicken sandwich. Burger patty was really dry and cold. Fries are also cold and had no salt on them. The line behind me had stared to get long and I had fussy kids so didn’t wanna get back in line to wait again. I had already waited a while to get the food. Not sure why cause it wasn’t even fresh. None of what we ordered was. Wasn’t given a receipt either to see if they rung it up wrong or just made it wrong. Either way I probably won’t be going back
It never fails the drive-thru is about a 20-30 wait, you go instead it's not any better. I placed my food inside and everyone behind that ordered got their stuff before me. I asked where is my simple order and the cashier strolling through like he was lost. I spent about 45 minutes for a 10pc nugget and fries. I probably will never be back at that location.
Worst Wendy’s ever I really wouldn’t give the 1 star but can’t comment without it. Never open rude employees but I do understand being in there that late but do the job you was hired for. I honestly been in this industry for over 30 years and if you gonna close early take proper steps. Shut your systems down on line orders should say your closed not open. The ballantyne location is legit. They really should close this location permanently park rd Wendy’s horrible.
3rd time night I was told to busy to for me to order and gave me a attitude I never knew somebody could be a unqualified to work in fast food being that this was my third time being told this I did investigation of my own and sat in my car for 20 mins and no other car came I'm pretty sure it was out of laziness I will be contacting corporate
Got here at 530pm on a Sunday and have not had a picture perfect Dave's Double Cheeseburger like that in a while. It was the best burger from any chain i have had in a long time. Served hot tooFood: 5/5
This Wendy has a bad customer service. I understand if you are having a bad day but is always a limit that employees can cross. People that works at any kind of customer services needs to be educated, professional and don’t take everything personal or to work. We need to give love and kindness.
It was quick, easy and simple…. First time to this location, it’s been long time been to Wendy’s in the recent past. They delivered the order right and fast. Location was challenged to get out to the road with lot of traffic to merge back in to the roadRecommended dishesSpicy Chicken Sandwich
Tryed to pushing through car services no one to answering order statements on to place order nasty just nasty young female shows up to take an order no other customers are in line or waiting for the order never again will I go there this was 8:30sh am on Friday 1/10/23 redish hair girl finally shows up as im leaving the order window this was Wendy's before Harris teeter next to chase Bank
Stopped by last night- went in and was told that the dining room was not open- no cars in line, no business at all. The service and food quality at this location is an all time low. Went to cook out and had great service and better price on the food--
