Worst frosty-ccino ever - no ice lukewarm more like an iced coffee with no ice. The girl said she’d only been shown once but the manger said it was made right. So all the other Wendy’s that make them taste good are doing it wrong oh and the buns were hard - hard pass on Wendy’s off route 19
Nice place, clean and friendly workers. Unfortunately the dining room is not always open due to lack of workers so drivethru is the main way to order. But they do a really good job there.Food: 4/5
1 star because manager gave refund no hassle. Should NOT have ill employees handling food or bagging food either. Girl was coughing & sneezing all up and down her right arm, right wrist & directly into her open right hand - which then grabbed our fries & food to bag. She was clearly under the weather and clearly spreading it. Thankful that we saw it all verses risking all to be sick, and canceled that order.
If I could give zero stars that would be it. We’ve visited this location for many years but today will be the last. At least half of all our visits over the years have been either missing items, wrong orders given, stone cold food, or so soggy you can’t eat it. Today was the final straw for our family when we were given the wrong order, it was cold, and there seemed to be a quarter cup of bacon grease on the cheese fries. So much grease that fluid literally flowed through the bottom of the container. We’ve given chance after chance because it’s one of the cheapest fast food options for a family to eat out, but we can’t justify paying any amount just for them to keep messing up the orders.
Typical fast food. This location is alwayse busy and has been understaffed for sometime. There is often a long wait, and my orders have been incorrect multiple times.Food: 4/5
Ordered online, for walk in pick up. Got told I had to wait in the drive thru that was wrapped around the building and out of the parking lot. then told they can't cancel my order and they wouldn't bring it out, manager hung up on me. Cranberry twp pa rt 19 wendys by the mall. Never going again.
Just had the Breakfast Baconater and seasoned potatoes. WOW! The sandwich is real good and would be GREAT if the bacon was crisp which it wasn't. The rating would also be 5 stars had they managed crisp bacon. Seasoned potatoes were real, real nice. The coffee is coffee.
By far this Wendy's restaurant it's probably one of the best I've ever been to. Food was great, the kids working there were well trained. It was a very clean facility, normally I wouldn't rate a fast food franchise, but this one stood out. Manager was Hands-On that I noticed was working with his employees. Hats off to this location.
Food is always cold. Always stale. Somehow always takes forever and I'm always missing atleast one thing from my order. Avoid this place and go to a different Wendy's or different place altogether
