Wentworth Homemade Ice Cream Inc.

Needed a tasty snack on my way home from work, so I took a little detour to Wentworth’s. This was my first time there and I was overwhelmed by all the ice cream flavors. I settled on a scoop of blueberry vanilla and a scoop of lemon custard. Both were delicious! The ice cream was so flavorful, smooth and creamy. I could have eaten a whole gallon of the lemon custard alone. I was not disappointed! And the staff was friendly and generous with the size of the scoops. I will be back to try more flavors!

I went here at the recommendation of my youngest who is in school nearby. I had the fabulous chocolate salted caramel oreo with hot fudge. My youngest had the equally fabulous raspberry chocolate frozen yogurt. All the flavors look amazing and they have recommended sundaes that I'd go for with assistance. Portions are generous here so be aware when ordering. I definitely will go again.

Rude. They use common scoops for all of the ice-cream flavors, which means all the tubs of ice-cream could have nuts in them. That's unfortunate BUT not uncommon -- no big deal. But why be rude about it? Also, why advertise things like having gluten-free ice-cream when the same scoops are being used in all tubs same issue. We got an ice-cream for our son, but then I had to go back and get an extra spoon. The same rude person ignored me but another young lady did step up and apologize. This was 10/13 at about 6:00 pm.

This is cream shop is so cute! I love the huge variety of flavors. I got peach and rum raisin and both were delicious. The ice cream was very creamy. They give generous portions at decent prices. Their outdoor seating is adorable. Only downside to this place is there were a ton of bees who came over to my ice cream when I sat on a bench outside by the trees

I rarely leave reviews but we visited Wentworth's for the first time yesterday as a family with our young son. The person who helped us who was working behind the counter was annoyed that we asked about an allergy peanut allergy, who I was with is very allergic and was grumpy and rude around our young son, which is inappropriate. They said that the ice cream scoops are not cleaned in between different flavors and they did not offer an option for a flavor that had not been cross-contaminated with a flavor that had peanuts/peanut butter. This was our first time visiting Wentworth's and I was really excited to try it, but the experience was unfortunately very negative most places have peanut flavors but are more friendly/polite, accomodating, or at least clean their scoops between flavors. I would not recommend them, as there are other better options in the area.

Super yummy fantastic Icecream ! Friendly staff and service. Family friendly environment. Beautiful outdoor seating. I highly recommend the coffee Oreo, chocolate salted caramel Oreo, & Oreo flavors. All so yummy!

Can't go wrong with homemade icecream. Great place to stop after a nice hike. So many flavor options and they had Italian ice for those that can't do lactose. My pup loved the K-9 crunch

Quality ice cream and quality spoons - you can tell be the people in the parking lot before they're open. You think you're first but it's more like 5th.. I wasn't in LOVE with any of their flavors, hence the 4 stars, but they were all quality. The best I tried of 5 was the salty buttered cashew. Also the outside sitting area is a very nice touch.

I grew up going to Wentworth has taken me 19 years come back and visit home and the ice cream is still as good as I remember. I really appreciate that humongous banana split that you guys made me and waffle club and I had all of it.

I was gonna go to Dairy Queen but I thought "why not give something new a try" This was my first time giving this Ice shop a visit and I enjoyed it!! The staff is friendly and the ice cream is great! This place also has a nice outside seating area.
