Hands down the best customer service! The team worked together to help me find a tool that I needed. Most other hardware stores gave me less than 5 mins of their time but this team left no stone unturned to help me out!

Very helpful staff...much better help the home Depot or Lowe's...if need something to buy for your home project excluding lumber this is the place to go ..home Depot and Lowes cater only to contractors

This place is pricey but if you don't feel like driving all the way to Westgate the home Depot this is the place to go

Super friendly super helpful! They all know their stuff. Have an electrical question they know answer, have a plumbing issue, they know the answer. Easiest place to shop and fastest. Everyone knows what they are talking about and you get the best answers and solutions

A bit hidden but very fast and friendly service

Was looking for a 14 oz yeti rambler mug and no one had one. Ted's Borderland Hardware had it and others. They were very friendly. I'm happy.

Bottled water heater here two and a half years ago no questions asked. Only took the sticky label into the store and they immediately had it ordered and replaced within the week. Great service at this hardware store
