I have never had an officer show up or even seen a police car drive by when I called to report something. I think we are 6/6 now. This morning, at 4am, I called to report a car alarm going off continuously. The battery in the car is now dying, nearly 2 hours later, but the alarm is still going off! No police yet. I wonder if they would show up if the car was being stolen?
My boyfriend and I had an appointment for 9:00 and 9:30am. When we arrived the receptionist was late checking in. We then waited a couple of minutes for them to call him for his fillings. He was called and I sat with work my headphones on waiting patiently. Ir has to be at 5 minutes pass and I overheard loud yelling from the back area. My boyfriend appeared very upset and attempted to find out what was going on. He informed me this dentist was very rude, disrespecting and making inappropriate comments towards him. The assistant informed him the doctor needs to review the X-rays. Shortly after that the dentist grabbed his needle with numbing medication and started numbing his mouth. He didn’t tell him what he was about to do or introduce himself. He then directed him to open his mouth and pushed his head and stated to move his head away from him. He told him, “I don’t know what’s wrong with you people.” He also told him to act right. I then encouraged my boyfriend to exit the building with me. He then asked me to call law enforcement. Well, I called and noticed that they were already pulling up. My boyfriend started explaining to the West Allis police what happened. The officer appeared to be receptive to my boyfriend. The officer then went into the building to speak with the dentist and staff. He shortly returned and informed my boyfriend the dentist side of the story. In the end law enforcement did nothing. West Allis Police Department. Wow!!! What a waste of time.
This is probably the worst department in the state. Went in to get help at 6 pm on a Friday. Closed. In my experience with them as a victim, first time they did absolutely nothing about me being threatened with violence. They politely asked the person threatening me to leave. Didn’t take a report, didn’t get their name, nothing. Tried to call to file a complaint, and they said I had to file a report on the website. Which the site would not let me do. Next experience was fine. Most recent experience, they interrogated me as if I had done something wrong, accused me of things that they had no reason to accuse me of, believed the other person that was lying, filed a false report, and then left me alone without doing a thing to help. Acted like they were doing their job. Would not recommend. 2/10
They assisted in the kidnapping of my baby and later wouldn’t do anything about it. They are the most inept cops I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Imagine if Gomer Pyle and Rosco P. Coltrane had a baby, and that baby was mentally handicapped… you have the West Allis Police Department.
Assaulted my family member and arrested her for nothing and it is all on camera. Did not help with a dangerous situation for my daughter and pushed their way through the door way without a warrant and searched the house without a warrant. Terrible. They do not protect anyone or anything especially if you are a person of color.
Got pulled over by an officer of this district he automatically assumed i came out from a alley way up the way from 60th and assumed we stole car parts and anything from that area. I was out on far trip to grocery shopping from woodman's came all the way up 60th and he assumed the car i had was the same car from a apparent camera feed but didn't say what license plate was available. Regardless it was not us as we came from 60th and made a stop from speedway gas station which led him to assume we were the one's in the alley way stealing meanwhile me and my pops with grocery bags in the back seat as stated many times before. Also im a person of color probably had to be that too but i don't like jumping to conclusions like that
The lone young woman on duty 7/7/21 at 250PM was wonderful. I had multiple issues and she was patient, kind and helpful. I appreciated that, especially since it's so rare these days.
Unnecessary parking ticket for a totaled car which parked in Audi service center
Whoever runs this department needs to re-train DEBBIE, she is one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered. Or at the very least don’t have her answer the phone until she fixes that terrible attitude. Do better West Allis PD!
I'm amazed with this department i went in asking for a missing passport report and after 3 days the officer called me asking for more information to finish the report. Thank you west Allis PD!
