After losing my charger for my E bike in the Florida Keys. I found a couple of places in Europe that had them in stock, but they would not ship to the USA. NO ONE had any here. Contacted the guys at West Bikes and they ordered one up. I cannot thank them enough! I spoke to a lot of bike shops, and they were the only one that offered to order me one. That gesture will not be forgotten on future bike purchases, and repairs. Fantastic customer service!
Fares made the purchase of a new mountain bike a pleasure. He took the time with my 14 year old son to make sure he was happy. Everyone in the shop stopped what they were doing to to make sure everything was taken care of so he could ride out with his new bike. Very personable and knowledgeable staff! Thanks!

Bought a Cannondale MTB from West Bikes in the spring of 2022. I live in West Knox and it is nice to have a convenient local bike shop I can trust. All the staff members have been friendly, able and willing to answer questions, and offer suggestion that have been helpful. Service has been on time and good quality. I plan to keep going back.
It would be hard to imagine a more friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate atmosphere in a bike shop! The moment I first walked in the door I was met with such genuine kindness from Evan. Then, a few weeks later, when I was on my bike for my second of 3 fitting sessions and Fares the owner and I were laughing about "geeking out" over cleat placement, I jokingly but seriously added that I had found my people... I had found my shop! I have never felt so comfortable at any other bike shop throughout my numerous years of cycling, and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else! The staff has a meticulous attention to detail, and has bent over backwards on numerous occasions to ensure such a uniquely satisfactory customer experience. They took extra steps to get me the bike I wanted in an unbelievably quick amount of time, and once it came in, made sure it was exactly how I wanted it to be! I first came to West Bikes because it is a Cervelo dealer, but I am a customer for life now because of the above-and-beyond treatment I have received. Thank you, West Bikes! You guys are doing it right!

I recently had a fantastic experience with West Bikes! I live in Colorado and purchased a classic vintage steel road bike on an online bike forum. I started reaching out to bike shops in the Knoxville area near where the bike was located to see if I could find a place that would box and ship the bike for me. Several of the shops I reached out to seemed bothered to have to do it. West Bikes was the exact opposite. They worked with me and answered all my questions. Most importantly they understood the importance of packing it well due to its' collectible nature and value. The bike was packed quickly and shipped out asap. It arrived in Colorado in perfect shape and was packed perfectly. I can not say enough about the job West Bikes did and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service, especially if shipping a bike! Matt in Colorado
I recently bought a mountain bike online from another company. Shortly after my purchase i messed up the rear hub. West bikes was able to get me fixed up and really jumped through hoops to get me parts during this shipping crisis in America. I purchased a new dirt jumper today and drove past 3 or 4 stores to get there. Super helpful people!
