I am currently in Japan and I didn't want to let my Mom's birthday go by. The flowers were super easy to order off the website and my Mom got the flowers and really loves them! In fact, she was out most of the day but they managed to deliver them at exactly the right time. Great service. Trustworthy. Great product. Would buy again 10/10

Due to time constraints I was not able to go into the store to meet with her and had to relay what I was wanting over the phone. West Coast Classic Floral Design is by far my favourite florist in Nanaimo, always going above and beyond to create beautiful bouquets within whatever budget you set for the occasion. When my partner buys me flowers from here, I recognize them instantly, Sandra has an eye for arrangements that result in amazing bouquets. I recommend giving her full rein to create the arrangement for you, not only will you be impressed with the friendly service, and how long the flowers last and how good they smell, but the bouquet will be perfect for whatever you need! I wouldn't go anywhere else, you shouldn't either.

West Coast Classic Floral Design is the best floral shop in Nanaimo. I have gone to Sandra repeatedly for my flower and gift buying. Fabulous selection. Wonderful local artisans featured in her shop. She did my daughter's wedding, keeping us under our very tight budget while still working with us to provide the theme we were going for. I can't say enough about the friendly service and professionalism. I've tried other shops and will never go back. Treat yourself to a fall bouquet.

My husband and I love to get our flowers from Sandra! For any special occasion or just because the flowers are always beautiful and last for weeks once home. We are always greeted with a smile! My 4 year old son also loves to visit Sandra and chat her ear off.
