Keeps vehicles over night and has NO business hours posted so customers know WHEN to return to collect their vehicle. Employee told me they open when they want. WHAT?? So they hold peoples property and open at their time?? Then they try to charge me the valet fee that i had ALREADY paid upon drop off. They also have ZERO customer service. Called various numbers to get info on when they opened or how to get the car. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
My friends and I had dinner at Tao in LA and the valet drivers stole stuff from our car. We went back to ask for our money but they were rude and aggressive. Please be careful if you find yourself in a valet situation and they are in charge of your car.
I had event in my house and I called them. They did a very amazing job everything was amazing organization with customers services. If I have another event I will call them again. Thank you West Cost parking system!!
If I could rate them a negative star, I would. My car was involved in a car accident by their valet driver two weeks ago and they have not called me back, the claim form that I sent in the mail got returned back to me and i'm getting blown off and have had to pay for the repairs out of pocket $1300. Unbelievable. I am so upset and I will be suing this company.
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Ran by a bunch of careless idiots obviously. Here’s a tip... if your valet hits somebody in a vehicle that isn’t theirs, and then try to ignore the car owners constant emails and phone calls, don’t be surprised when you get a notice that you’re being sued. Unprofessional and highly wouldn’t recommend. See you in court
I have parked my car with them for overnight because I was staying a hotel near there parking it was cheaper than the hotel overnight fee, and actually convenient and they let me to do in and out with out extra charge.
The worst business practice ever. No return calls and they take NO responsibility when they lose keys. Do not use their lots. They are true thiefs. They deserve NO STARS.
