I purchased a new home back in 2019. Three years later, there was a leak through the window. Inspectors  came and checked the roof. They told me that the leakage due to no single starter strip was installed under the first single. Is this the way you have been doing intentionally?

We love west coast roofing. They always do a great job and communicate well. They redid my whole roof before we put on solar and got all our sky lights replaced too. Highly recommend. 3rd time using them, both commercially and residentially.Service:&nbsp;Roof installation

The company dropped products on my roof without contacting me in person. Then, the repair team showed up on day one, contacted me, advised it will probably be a two day process. After day two, nobody notified me that they were done and leaving. Then a day or so later, an inspector for the company showed up, introduced himself. Told me he would inspect the work. Should take him 10 or 15 minutes. He spent less than 3 minutes on the roof and was gone within 5 minutes of introducing himself to me.Services:&nbsp;Roof inspection
