My trailer has never been safer or more accessible.

Excellent staff, very friendly, good communication, always cooperative and accommodating. Stored my boat at the facility from 2011-2021 and never had a single problem. Highly recommended.

Has always been cheap and safe. But if you make reservations don't expect them to hold it for you. Literally told me they sold the locker I had rented the day we were moving. Very nice people with poor communication from the front the desk regarding standard procedures. Really put is is a tough spot when we were already busy moving. Make sure you have signed contracts and got the gate code before you consider your spot safe.

Clean and well maintained facility. Amazing staff ! Prices are fantastic and the units are clean and dry. My only issue is the latches on my seacan are extremely hard to close on the one side , I need to bring a stronger human with me because I cannot do it myself I'm also not a weak person and that's just a pain in the butt. But otherwise this place is amazing, well worth the drive.

It’s all good! We have used their services for over 4 months and every aspect of their operation has impressed. Professional friendly and intelligent staff, high quality office, excellent containers, great spacious paved access, efficient security controls, automated billing systems and awesome rates. The location is in a lovely rural area just a few minutes from downtown Sooke and makes a relaxing circle trip via Westcoast Road. Huge and growing...good luck getting in! Zero negatives at this point!

Thank you for not advertising that you do not offer motorcycle and car storage anymore even know your website has a FULL PAGE dedicated to it. I looked at your website vehicle storage at 9pm Friday night and decided to drive to your facility leaving my house at 8am Saturday morning since it's an hour for me to drive there and already had a busy day ahead of me. It was really nice to finally get there and find out that you do not offer that type of storage anymore and that I just wasted gas and 2 hours of my time. The person on site mentioned that they previously requested that the website be modified accordingly but that nothing had been done yet. How about updating your damn website and prevent people from wasting time and money for no reason.

Fantastic service, even better rates. The ladies there are more then helpful. Forgot my login many times and they were always happy to assist with a smile. Highly recommended!!

These guys may a bit farther out than the rest, but their reasonable prices and storage options more than make up for the gas money.

I have stored my stuff there for 4 years and the prices and staff cannot be beat. It's true - 1/2 price at least anyone else. Check them out. Great company!
