Just because the place looks nice it doesn't mean the people are also nice.  Since we came, the old skinny Asian man was making it obvious that we weren't welcomed and from time to time was pressuring us by saying: "hurry up we close at 9" in a rude way.  While putting our clothes, one of the machine took more coins than it was supposed to, and another didn't wash at all but even if we pointed it out, the old man shrugged it off and no refund was given.  The old Asian man sat in front of us to pressure us. Then, they kept telling us we need to leave using the laundromat's clock that was in advance as an excuse.  Needless to say, it was our first and last time.

This place seems lik it should be abandoned the front load washers are out dated and the man clerk is not too friendly. Out of town visitors will definitely never come again.

Worst experience ever, the staff doesn't know how to treat consumers, they are rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

The customer service is terrible, they will kick you out even before their curfew 9:00

The old skinny Asian man working the counter is very rude. He must be the owner because nobody would allow him to treat customers like that.  Of course I will never go back there.

It's a little small and narrow. But it seem like a warm cozy and safe environment to wait out your laundry. The owner is very attentive and humble personality and always alerted to everyone's needs. My daughter and I only used the dryers that worked wonderfully for us. The dryers not heating up in a timely manner or not heating at all is always my concern. It's annoying and time consuming. We got in and out quickly.

management does a good job of keeping the place clean however they need to limit the amount of washers and driers someone uses as people will hog up a bunch and no one else can wash their clothes, esp those with smaller loads to wash. also the walkway is very narrow by the washers prices are reasonable too

Rude Very rude never going back  touched my clothes and even stole my twins school blankets one was a unicorn for my lil girl and one was dinosaurs for my lil boy they took me y clothes out of the washer and placed them in a basket I understand others too but I was gone for not even 10 seconds from my washer

This is my favorite laundry place in pine hills the washers are big and they have reasonable prices on them the dryers aswell and he keeps it clean and sanitized  they dry clean too is great and they're drop off system is awesome!!!

Always crowded, owner is moody, Clothes don't rinse well sometimes. The owner will try to make you buy fabric softener in order to re rinse the clothes. Which he should do for free if your clothes are still wet due to the washer
