I often shop online and if I see something I like I will come into the store to check it out in person. The people have always been very helpful and if I wanted to order it in the store, they would help me. The store is laid out beautifully and you can get a lot of great ideas for your home decor. Prices are what you would expect from a chainstore like this. They do have some discounts on scratch and ding furniture which you can take home with you or have it scheduled to be delivered directly.

I just experienced the worst costumer service at West Elm at the District / Green Valley Ranch. They never communicate with me about the promotions going on in the store and I didn't get the discount that the store is offering right now and the guy at the register never said anything about the final sale items I've purchased ... Today I went to return two of the items and the associate refused to do the return cause or the store policies. I told her I didn't knew about the final sale cause the other associate never told me so I told her about writhing a bad review to the store and she totally agreed with me instead of calling a manager to solve the issue. When I got home with the new purchase one of the shams I got had the wrong label size so I went back to exchange it and get size I needed and this time I spoke to the manager and he tried to give me a discount for the first purchase I did but he didn't know how to use the cash register to do the transaction and gave me what the store is offering now ... The associates at that place don't have a clue of what a costumer service is. when I was at the cash register, the workers were there behind the counter just talking about food and how wonderful dinner was last night instead of helping the costumers, and also at the door there's nobody talking to you and "telling you what the store promos are"! Never going back there to spend a dime !!!

Walked into a Cheap CHRISTMAS display in July. Not sure if they were trying to be cute, but it was so ugly. They also had very poor displays of anything in their store. Tables stacked up and beds not put together. so many floor items were very damaged. And not a single person greeted us or asked if they could help us with anything. Sorry West Elm, but won't be coming back.

I just wanted to take a minute to give a huge shout out to this store. I bought a set of glasses from the store about a year ago when I was living in Henderson. I since moved out of state and found the glasses to be defective. I called and spoke with one of the managers at the store - Nicole - and she has gone out of her way to make the situation right. She is helping to send me a new set of glasses all the way from out of state! This level of customer service is in alignment with anyone I've ever dealt with at corporate West Elm too - they've always been no questions asked and super helpful with any returns I've had to make for items I've bough online that just didn't work for my house.

West elm is great! They have some unique products for every room in your house. The price is not way fair but the quality is much better. I do believe you get what you pay for. I have not had any issues with anything I've purchased from West Elm.

This outlet store had their final sale and everything was 80% off the lowest price....and it was almost empty. The store is closing. I bought a nice large serving bowl for $8.00. most stuff was sold.

We paid 35 dollars to have an item disassembled and shrink wrapped Gave one day notice and still no ready at pick up. Hawaiian manager of store not helpful Not surprised store is shutting down

Gorgeous store with gorgeous furniture. Pricy, but it's fun to come in just to roam.

Nice store with some cool stuff, but very expensive.
