West Elm Outlet

West Elm has moved to a larger location at the Tanger Outlet in Riverhead. They are now located by William Sonoma and Pottery Barn. They have a huge selection of furniture to choose from. Go and take a peek!

Leaving a review because of the phenomenal customer service Cynthia gave me today. I’ve been coming here for years and everyone is super friendly and you can’t beat the deals lol. Cynthia was so friendly, remembered my name as she was speaking to me and went above and beyond in assisting me with a sectional purchase. Also on a sidenote I scored a harmony sectional for $2k!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Tanisha! She was professional, friendly, engaging, efficient, and super helpful from start to finish. What a great experience all around. The delivery that was arranged by Tanisha for us was seamless. We love our new couch!

Check in with the store to know how much discount they are offering. Worth the drive! The dining utensils are priced so low. Coffee tables seem to be all pretty banged up. It’s a place that offers great Knick-Knacks.

Store has variety but customer service is horrendous! My husband and I like a piece of furniture which had a price tag on it and was marked down $500 from the original price. Loved the piece and that being a outlet store we knew we were getting a west elm furniture piece for great deal! Go to the counter and the staff refuse to sell us the piece of furniture for the price listed!!! Kept saying someone “made up the price “ and none of the employees wrote the price tag etc. we kindly asked if they can honor it as the price tag clearly list the sale price and SOMEONE employee from the store had to make the price tag. No matter what we said they simply kept refusing. Did not end up buying it only because of their service I would not be returning to this location ever again.

I never been inside to know what these stores are. I took someone for an interview & was told it is a furniture store. I gave a 3 rating for the fact I've mostly seen this parking lot empty as long as it's been here. I didn't even think no one worked here & if they did what are they really doing.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service level at this store, specifically from the Manager of the store, Alexander. We had an issue with an item we purchased from the outlet store. Alexander acknowledged our issue, provided options to fix the issue and completely resolved it! I couldn’t be happier with the items we purchased and I am grateful that when we did have a problem it was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

Literally, I paid the SAME prices, for UNDENTED furniture at the regular West Elm as they were at this outlet. Yes, I did buy during a 20% off sale, but I would suggest to just wait because everything here is damaged in someway, and you’d have to transport fully assembled furniture yourself. Don’t waste your time and drive here.

Took seniors to Riverhead tanger and wasn't a hit at all -- Could not get any of thy stores here to help my seniors So instead took them all to MACYS & unfortunately one of my seniors required a wheelchair and security gave the one whom needed a wheelchair such a hard time she couldn't physically walk any further so we couldn't accommodate her for her 100th birthday party Yes quite shameful of Macy's I must say so // For future reference I Will Go To Only Estelles -- route 110 instead of macys // lesson learned that day never deal with people whom entirely disrespect seniors.

They have alot but it's all mis match and no staff it was a nightmare I wished you can actually speak to someone I couldn't find anyone there was 2 people working and 15 people waiting to just talk to someone, sad because ibwas going to spend money there and I wasted my time
