West End Hair Company Tanning Salon

I took my 14 year old daughter here. This was her first time in a salon. She has curly hair that is frizzy most of the time with an oily scalp. We needed advice on hair care and styling. Tammy was so very helpful. We were on vacation from Indiana and didn't know any business around here. We picked the right one. My daughter loves her cut and style and we gained a valuable information on caring for and fixing her hair. It was A great confidence boost for her!Services: Haircut

I have lived in Hot Springs Village for almost 3 years and have tried 2 different shops since moving here from Minnesota. I have been disappointed with both the color and cut in these two past salons and decided to try West End Hair Company a try. I had the opportunity to have Hannah Jones who is new to West End Hair Company do a very meticulous color and cut on my hair where I was finally proud of my hair. I am so happy to have finally found my new salon and hair stylist in Hannah Jones! When I was in need of another cut and some low lights, Hannah was not at the salon so I had Beverly do my hair who has done hair for 30 years but new to the West End Hair Co.. Beverly was not only fun to work with but did an amazing job on both my color and haircut as well. Looking forward to working with Beverly from now on........Kimberly Willis

My hairdresser, Hannah, gets 5 stars. She’s professional and has given me an excellent haircut the 2 times I’ve been to the shop. But I give the shop one star for the fact that virtually no one except for Hannah and me were wearing a mask - clients and hairdressers alike. One hairdresser had on a shield. I was assured when I made the appointment that everyone wears one. I hope they do a better job in the future of enforcing this policy otherwise they may lose customers.

Called West End Hair Co for the first time and talked to Debi, she took me that day for a cut and style and I explained I wanted a new style as well. She was wonderful and my hair turned out exactly as I was hoping for. I was so pleased! Thank you Debi!

I stopped going to hair salons SEVERAL years ago due to one bad experience... But a friend of mine, Zaira, that works at West End Hair Co made me believe again that there's still stylists that know what they're doing! She did a complete transformation on my hair and it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO beautiful! She did an amazing job!!! I HIGHLY recommend going to her because she knows how to really take care of your hair!

Unhappy. I called Thursday , and made an appointment for my daughter on Thursday, June 11. The appointment was set for Tuesday, July 16 at 1 p.m. to have a cut and highlights. When she checked in she was told that the person who was to do her hair Sheila was not there at all. My daughter did not even recieve a courtesy call. No one in the shop was concerned about this. She asked my daughter if she wanted to make another appt. She told her she'd be going to another salon. My daughter is moving to Boston today. We wanted to make sure it was done. She did go to a salon in HSP. Her hair is beautiful.
