Shane Fischer is a really good property manager. On many occasions she has gone out of her way to help resolve any issues that have come up with storage facility. I really want to extend my gratitude to her. Mike Burkley

Not A great experience at this location. Facility is pretty dirty and they aren't very friendly. Manager is not very truthful. We are auction buyers and my partner took my receipt to get our deposit back since they closed for lunch and didn't tell us when we were done. She told my partner she did not wait on me that it was the district manager so she couldn't return the deposit that I had to go back and get it. My partner told her that she was on the account and the manager said she wasn't but didn't even look on the computer. My partner told her to call the district manager who told her to call me. The maintenance man was the best part of the experience.  He is funny, friendly and so nice. Hope the office people learn something from him.

Haven't had this unit long but so far everything is great. Clean, well maintained, easy to reach staff etc.  I was definitely impressed upon check-in with the manager Shane's extra care & professionalism! I came in right at closing time Sorry again! but she was super understanding and very kindly stayed late to get me checked in.  Muchas gracias to her & West Evans Self Storage for getting me set up!

I had a good experience leasing a space to store a vehicle.  Very east process and good pricing.  The business is in a convenient location and has friendly staff.  I would recommend it to friends and family.

Shane was so amazing! I came in needing a storage unit last minute and she was super speedy, kind, and did it all with a smile! Highly recommend working with her when you come into this location.

Prompt, professional & pleasant describe Shane and her entire staff at the W Evans Self Storage location. Secure storage on well maintained grounds that are easily assessed sweeten the satisfaction. I've had my space there over 6 yrs and haven't had 1 disapointment. The rates are very reasonable as well.

If I could give this place a negative 100, I WOULD! The lady that runs this place has issues! Being prejudice is definitely one of them! My daughter and my son rented a storage unit together. Three days later, the lady at the front desk called my daughter and started threatening my son. She was saying he was breaking into storage units. At the time he had went back to work, which is in Wyoming. So I KNOW he couldn't have. Plus he is a very good kid and makes a decent living for himself, he has no need to thieve. Well when my daughter asked to see him on the camera breaking into units, she changed her story, to he was part of a group breaking in. She said she saw him talking to some guys in a dodge truck making plans. Lol She said "I'm calling the cops and pressing charges." We ended up called the cops to assist us while we went and emptied their unit, so that she can't say, that we were breaking in too. So save yourself from dealing with this crazy lady, that tries to ruin a young Hispanic kids life by making false allegations. Go somewhere else! The lady at Jewell storage is very nice. Go anywhere else besides West Evans Storage.

The staff at West Evans Self Storage are extremely helpful, warm, and friendly. They want to make sure you have a positive experience while using their facilities.

Excellent customer service and support from Shane. Always ensures the units and lots are safe and well maintained. We have been customers for years and have never had a problem or bad experience. Shane always gets us fast service any time a unit needs service!

Shane is Amazing!!!! The property is very safe and secure  Very clean as well...Shane is always ready to help and very knowledgeable in many departments.
