Description

Stan Jones (Supply Chain), an ordained minister, conducts inter-denominational services every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. in the WFH Chapel and again at 4:00 p.m. in the Rehab/Sutton Unit Patient Therapy Room. All Services last 30 minutes and consist of singing, a devotional, and prayer. Everyone is welcome to attend these weekly services.

My visit is going well. Very fast wait time was no more than 15 -20 minutes , Diana the ER nurse was most definitely not the friendliest, compassionate person , no bedside manners , didn’t even.introduce herself or role to me until I said something mid conversation. Made me feel as if I was bothering her and she just seemed in such a rush about everything. Tara the ER doctor was awesome . I felt very comfortable talking to her. She actually listened to my concerns and not just talked over me like most doctors do. All the nurses working in the ER on October 19,2022 @ 9:48pm were absolutely excellent !!!!except DIANA! She could really work on her bedside manners! But overall I had a wonderful ER visit!
Great bunch of nurses and doctors. I came in contact with a lot of staff and they were all a pleasure to know. I felt they really took my needs to heart. I am 70 and had never spent a night in a hospital before my hip replacement. All the staff were aces. Loved them all. they took great care of me. thank all of you
I was having alcohol withdrawals from stopping cold turkey after a few days the triage nurse that took my vitals was very good I'm sorry i can't remember his name but he and the Doctor kept me clam an relaxed. I'm doing much better haven't had any alcohol in two weeks now. Oh yes an the nursing staff you had that morning were extremely excellent as well. I hope you can look at my records an give them some type of award for excellence. Thank you an your staff. Darnell Houston
All went smoothly and efficiently from registration to getting to the clinic for my procedure. As for my procedure, the technician was very had a good bedside manner and was courteous. She ran the test very professionally. Finally, I was quite surprised to see that my appointment time was met. Not at all a case of "hurry up and wait". Overall a very positive experience.
The nurses were wonderful and my husband even liked the food he his home now recouping, thank you for taking such good care of him.
Dr Comitalo performed my GI surgery and we were very pleased. I found him and his office employees to be approachable, prompt and thorough in answering my questions. I had absolutely no pain and recovery was fast and remarkable. Dr C told me he would be out of town for my follow up. My visit with Dr Hahn was equally positive. I join so many others in praising Dr C and his office.
From the check-in process to my discharge, the experience was excellent! People were professional, thorough, and helpful. I felt that the staff had my best interest in mind as I went through each phase of preparation for surgery and discharge. I could not have asked for better care and professionalism.
Beginning with the second nurse Sophia who helped me tremendously in the Emergency Room, through the last nurse with whom I interacted there on the fourth floor, I was treated like royalty. My experience set a standard by which I will be inclined to judge all such experiences hereafter. It made all the discomfort associated with my situation much easier to bear. I nominated all the nurses with whom I interacted for the special award which they can receive, but my favorite on the hospital side was Liz. She was great about explaining things and manifested a level of caring that was so encouraging. Really, they were all worthy of expressions of sincere appreciation. Dr. Young who oversaw my treatment and progress was an exceptional hospitalist--personable, caring, and patient. The support staff--whose names I failed to record--were likewise wonderful.
Miss. Tracy and Miss. Molly in the radiology department were both so incredibly kind to me. I got checked in quickly and was updated/checked on every so often in between them taking care of other people. Miss. Molly explained things to me in a respectful and tactful manner. A simple consideration went so far and I really appreciate it. Thank you for making my experience way better than Santa Rosa!
The entire visit for the procedure was as smooth as any I’ve ever had at any hospital. Rhonda in Imaging Registration was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Tony the CT technician for my scan was excellent and engaging from the moment he greeted me, until my departure. He has a very calming, professional nature which helped during prep and actual event virtual colonoscopy. I could not possibly be more satisfied by the performance of members of the staff.
