West Michigan Jewelry Exchange did a fantastic job on repairing my wedding ring. My ring had gotten too big after I lost weight and needed some repair and cleaning. I received my ring back looking like it did when my husband placed it on my finger
Went there for a jewelry repair with a bracelet and a necklace was in and out in 15 minutes. Great price of $50 for the both of them to get fixed. To my surprise they came out of the repair room shining as if they were new, with every repair comes a cleaning and polishing. Very nice staff, offered to show me some clearance jewelry and prices if I wanted. Will be returning for some well priced real gold!
Have never sold gold before and didn't know what to expect. Turned out to be a great experience at WMJE. Very friendly staff did not rush us or pressure us to sell. They offered a great price; even more than we expected. We had old earrings, rings, chains, an ingot, and sterling silver. They accepted it all. Will definitely go back and encourage everyone with gold to sell to do the same.
Got my ring from them. Great service. Had one of my diamond chips fall out months later, and they fixed it for free within 5 minutes! Most definitely recommend them for any jewelry.

I had some gold to sell - coin/jewelry even some teeth. I got a quote from HK and told him I was going to get a couple other quotes from other buyers in town. I then went to several jewelry stores. By far West Michigan Jewelry Exchange had the best offer. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable- I recommend these guys 100% They also have the largest selection of gold jewelry I have seen in a store.
7 star experience! We had a large amount of jewelry from an estate and it was unclear what was real and what was not. The guys here happily went through all of it and showed me the results of their spectrometer fancy way of saying they could measure the composition of any piece. We ended up having a lot more copper than gold but they expeditiously sorted it out and measured anything that wasn’t clear. They gave me a fair price based on that day’s gold spot price, minus a small percentage. They clearly wrote out the price per gram for each carrot weight, and showed me the digital weight scale readout and clearly wrote the math of how it all added up. As an engineer I double checked their math and it was all spot on. 5 minutes later I had my cash and was walking out the door. Would Highly Recommend.
Ravi was amazing to work with. He helped us pick out the perfect rings for the perfect price. We will always come here to purchase jewelry.
