everything is through a third party so nobody ever has answers about anything. if you need help you’ll be met with rude answers unless you personally know people in the office. the hall is extremely bias and doesn’t care about anything but money. i’m not proud by any means to be apart of this union if anything i feel like i’m being taken advantage of.

I remember in 2018 when they had the apprentices drag out an elderly African American journeyman from the monthly meeting for not taking his hat off while the meeting was in session.

When part of this union,  you have pride in your work,  safety is#1,  your training is provided and your living wage is something to be proud of.

Terrible organization that it smells really bad there too and then with the Democrat party that does nothing for them
