Not all Parking Enforcement Officers are alike! Today my Electric car just stopped in the middle of a major, high traffic roadway, that’s right, it just turned itself off! As I sat there ready to panic at the other speeding cars trying to get past me, I was able to flag down a Parking Enforcement Officer! He was kind and helpful. He knew safety was top priority and came to the rescue! He put on the safety strobe lights on his car and diverted the other cars from potentially crashing into me and my vehicle in the middle of the road! He waited until help came to tow my car away! Thank you! Thank You Officer Luc! You deserve a metal for the help and safety you provided!
I visited the Parking Administration office today to talk about a parking ticket issue. Andrea C. was very helpful and my ticket issue was resolved to my satisfaction!
Seriously 3 mins past the time. I’m not from a Florida. I was walking back to the car to renew the meter while at the Veterinarians. You people the wasteful government. How about you focus on hiring more real cops and fight the vagrancy issue here. Wow
WARNING!!!! New rate now $107/month for parking garage. West palm beach is not the same...Find another parking this is abusive. Going from $45/month to $107/month and you are forced to move your car every 4 days otherwise they consider it storage and can be booted. For residents you are told it's $85 but even as a resident you get every excuse on th book not to give you the residential rate. Just save your time and your money and look elsewhere.
I pay for a parking spot in the Evernia garage, every month I pay over the phone with no issues. Even moments where I accidentally forget to pay and my card is locked out, they take care of it for me within minutes. Whenever there is an event that requires paid parking, I just scan my pass and go and no issues. I feel bad for others who haven’t had a smooth process like I did.
Paid for parking, still got booted talked to the people who kindly booted said I'll pay it...1 hour later still booted...avoid this place like the plague for their predatory policy every other parking garage is much better.
I payed for my ticket and was still charged. This is crazy. What a scam. I’m not the only that has had this problem.
I pay about $90 monthly for a spot in a garage. This morning they had the garage reserved for some drama club. The garage was full and the response I received was, "Sorry, oh well". I work downtown and I missed important meetings because they put no value on their paying customers. Even one star is quite generous.
I recently parked using the parking app that is provided but the app used my default vehicle not the one I was driving. Even thought I paid to park my vehicle but it was a different vehicle then I was charge. I understand this concept but when I went down to the West Palm Beach Parking office and showed them my app and my on going parking on my app they told me that it was my mistake and they can adjust some of this ticket. What I told them was that how could you still charge me for something I already paid for Parking Space and still give me a ticket. I even showed them my app and the vehicles on my app. The parking app should ask you which vehicle to use and not just default to a certain vehicle. In essence, the app needs to change so it will prompt you to select a vehicle before going forward. I will dispute this ticket over the principal of the fact that I paid for the parking space and the app did not prompt you on the vehicle to use.

I have stopped going down town because over the course of months being a few minutes late on the meter has cost me hundreds of dollars in parking tickets. I just stay home now, where I continue to receive parking tickets anyway. Our driveway is small, can hardly accommodate two cars, so I had been parking on unpaved grassy lot next door and the city issued me two tickets for parking on unpaved ground, even though it was private property that I permission to park on. I could not dispute either of these tickets either because I had not been able to pay off previous outrageous parking tickets. The only reasonable thing about parking in WPB is it is mostly free after 7pm, except in city place, they're tricky like that. They want everyone to pay for parking one way or the other. It is abusive and exploitative. The other day I got home at 6:55pm and quickly ran inside to grab something, parked in the metered spot across from my ridiculously small driveway, came out 4 minutes later and of course, the scumbag parking meter maid who lives on the block ran right out to issue a ticket. No big deal, just another 27$. I will simply be paying off all meter fines and government fines now in unrolled pennies out of pure spite.
