I’ve been getting my hair cut by Katie at west park barber shop for a couple years now. She always does a great job and is genuinely funny and enjoyable to hang out with during my haircut. I've been to a LOT of barber shops. I just couldn't find anyone who could cut my hair the way I wanted. I would try to be specific. Sometimes even overly specific. But it never seemed to work out. I have a misshaped head. Lol. I know it, so I would try to convey that to the barber so they know to keep the fade lower to mask it. They just couldn't/wouldn't. Then I went to West Park Barber Premier Studio in North Olmsted and Luis cut my hair. Not only did he actually listen to me, but my haircut was exactly what I wanted. That was 2 years ago. I've been going to him ever since. Thanks Lou, I appreciate you.
Legit one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a longtime! Funny and friendly barbers. I will def be back. Bryan did awesome, one of the owners thanked me for coming in. Great mix of old school and new school barbershop!
Extremely disappointed with this location. I have been a regular customer for at least two years. For the most part they only accept appointments. I made an appointment with their app. I was running late due to traffic, and I attempted to call the store twice. Nobody answered, which is understandable since they are busy. I then received a text from the barber stating that I am a no call no show and am being charged the full amount for my service. I was three minute away from the location. She stated she didn’t have time to see me now. This is a bit aggravating since I had a premium service scheduled, and she could have easily fit a standard hair cut into the remaining hour of my appointment. I can assure you I will not visit again until my money is refunded.Service: Haircut
The entire team at the shop are beyond 5 star. I’ve been coming here weekly for years and look forward to it as it’s the highlight of my week. From atmosphere/conversation to quality of haircut it’s the best barber shop in NE Ohio. Don’t go anywhere else for your barbershop needs.Services: Haircut
I came to this location just the other day and was more than satisfied with my experience. Scott gave me and my son both a haircut. He is professional and brilliant with his craft. I suggest this barbershop for anybody looking to step their haircut game up!!
