West Park Village is a great apartment complex to live at! The staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. If you pay your rent on time, park where you are supposed to, and just follow the rules you'll have no problems here. The staff is always working very hard to create a better community and make upgrades to the apartments. In the past couple months, we have gotten our decks refinished . The maintenance people are amazing too!! There is one gentleman in particular who usually does the maintenance in our unit who is always so patient and kind to our skittish dog. Oh, and there is a great family environment here. If you have a family with children, there are plenty of other kids here for them to make friends with. It's a nice place to live.
West Park has been my favorite place to live! Prices are low, the people are amazing, management is incredible, and the maintenance guys are great with fixing everything. First off, there is plenty of parking, so much that there is always extra at night. The property is always clean and the apartments are very nice for what you pay. I love it here! Definitely my favorite place I've lived :
I love wear park village great complex Mellisa the manager is phenomenal she works with you and she is so very caring and listens to you about your needs and Melvin and Ben are excellent maintenance guys the come and fix your problems in your apartment after you put your work order in than you mellisa ,Melvin,and Ben for everything you guys do you guys are awesome and rock sincerely robertteddy L
I completely understand the other reviews. The first few months here were quite nice but then my neighbor from hell moved in above me - the management went out of their way TWICE to sit down with us and figure out why this neighbor was having problems w me. I haven't been bothered since. Even though this is govt assisted housing, you really wouldn't be able to tell. Maintenance has taken care of every issue I ever had. This place is nice, run by good people..
Management is more concerned with petty issues than making sure tenants are safe. They let anybody and everybody move in. Its very unsafe and no surveillance. Lots of gangsters and felons but mgmt does not do anything about it. On the day I moved out two meth heads in my apt building had cops surrounding the building due to stealing a car from the parking lot. The management is focused on money and not safety. I'm a single mother that needed the financial assistance but it was worth it to move to a safer quieter environment without gangsters blaring their music attacking neighbors and waking up my kids. It was well worth the money to make sure my kids and I stay SAFE.
The most heartless people work there!! The office Manger Melissa is the most heartless person there!! All, they care about is money!! Like, I understand there's rules and policies but they dont give people a chance to explain their situation or time to make things better!! From the office people, to the management, to even to the people who live there, who just take what's not even there's, I would never recommend this place for anyone to look into moving to!! Stay away from this place!!
Love living here, there are of course a few bad apples, but hey aren't there always. It's always clean and if it's not they fix it when you bring it up. Our apartment is wonderful and when we call maintenance is here to fix it in a few days.
These apartments aren't worth living in. If I could rate this place I would give it a -100 star for these apartments. They repasesed my boyfriend's car when I was going in to labor and wouldn't let him take me to the hospital at the time when we really needed the car. They just don't care about there residents here. Melissa the manager in the office is a heartless piece of work to be honest I don't even know how she even got this job if she can't run it properly.
Bad place to live, don't think about renting here. Very poor management, doesn't like to handle much of anything! Why call yourself management when you have no responsibility just charge $ and collect $. Like gangsters and noisy tenants in buildings as long as they don't have to live there. You can complain and complain, they want you to call the police and the police want you to call management, what a game this is, right? Neither one want to do the right thing, assist the tenant! No camera at the apartment buildings to protect the tentants. Kids and adults are very unsafe here! KL
If I could leave it zero stars, I would. This is the absolute worst place in Greeley to live. Yes, the price is fair, but that is only because it is government subsidized. The women in the office, especially Melissa are absolutely unprofessional and rude! They never take care of any maintenance issues, and definitely do not take any accountability for their rude and unprofessional behavior. I am living in Greeley still, and in renting an apartment That is slightly more expensive. However, it is worth it since I do not have to deal with the pathetic excuse of office representatives at West Park Village .
