I am visiting family and Roanoke from out of town and had a pharmacy need. I called West Pharmacy and they were absolutely delightful, incredibly helpful. I went in to pick up my script 2 hours later and they couldn't have been more delightful. This is the kind of customer service you want. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all of your pharmacy needs. Even if you just need to pick up some ibuprofen or Tylenol. These people give you the best customer service ever. My Mom just started getting her meds filled there. I am so thankful for the staff there. She needed an antibiotic and the delivery guy made certain she got it plus gave her a few pieces of tootsie rolls my Mom said he was so sweet and got tickled about the candy. This is the best Pharmacy I have ever used. I've tried all the other major ones and several local ones. They very rarely don't have all the medication but I have never gone without. They deliver which is a lifesaver for me because I don't have transportation. Customer service is outstanding. They are always extremely friendly. I am so blessed to have found them. truly a great Pharmacey, I have been going for almost 2 months now. After my previous pharmacy closed my scripts got sent to a big name pharmacy. It’s was miserable, I’m a chronically ill. I found West and moved all prescriptions to them and it was the best thing I ever did. Extremely friendly and professional. If you are local this is the place to go!

This is small town feel pharmacy that always provides good customer service. They have been the only pharmacy where I can get my thyroid medication. None of the main stream pharmacies carry my natural thyroid medication anymore. They've always been very helpful and patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. This pharmacy also does compounding if needed. I highly recommend.
