If I could give more than 5 starts I would these guys are amazing. I lost the keys for my camper trailer and they saw me right away and did it real fast and cheap! I was expecting to pay a lot but it was very cheap for the service. You all are amazing and I greatly appreciate yall.

Absolutely amazing. Very prompt, had my vehicle unlocked in the blink of an eye and even cut me an emergency key on site! The dealership quoted me at $50 for an emergency key while West plains lock and key was able to cut me an emergency key for $2.75. That alone, it's totally worth it!

This place is the greatest. I recently had surgery and accidentally locked keys in car. I had no money on me so someone was going to pay with their debt card for me. They showed up very quick. Thanks for your generosity. Thanks Give them a call when in need #1 in my opinion.

Called in on Saturday when locked myself out of the truck, he said he would be there within an hour because he had some other job to do first. In my mind I was like : “well great, he’ll be here when it’s dark and cold” Got a call back within 45 minutes saying he is on the way to my truck, arrived within 20-25 minutes spent less than fifteen minutes and my vehicle was open, no damage or anything. If there would be seven stars I’d give him all 9! Great service is all I’m trying to say. Thank you very much!!!

they made me a ford key with transmitter and reset mykey for 80 bucks  over half the price of anyone else  thanks guys  plus they got a couple ferrets to talk to while you wait
